Jiffy Lube

I drove in the other day not knowing what to expect and I was so impressed. I must admit I needed quite a few things as I have a tendency to drive my car long distances over short periods of time. I got an oil change, a radiator flush and a couple of other things.
The entire staff seem to bend over backwards to get everything done and was also super friendly!

A Groupon brought me in but I am sure I will come here again. Bryan Rugh eased me through and even changed my headlamp bulb that I happened to have in my glove box. Easiest to access from Holman Road if you turn in before corner. Or you can go in from Greenwood Ave, a little past the corner, heading south. No sales pressure. Feel well taken care of.

I judge my Jiffy Lube’s by how hard they hassle me to buy additional services when I am there. This one didn’t do that (they even sent me home with mail-​in coupons), so they get 5 stars!
I have consistently had good experiences at the Jiffy Lubes in Seattle thus far; Ballard being the best. People here are honest, friendly, and speedy! Sure, you’re paying a lot more for an oil change on the go (mine came to about $ 75), but for people who work a million hours like I do, I enjoy having the option to do so.
So, in short, if you like dealing with good people who won’t try to rob you for your hard-​earned money, go here!

The environment and service is excellent. They are some very friendly, hard working people.

I’m normally quite leery of using fast oil/​lube chains, but I received the best service at this particular Jiffy Lube. The employees were incredibly professional and friendly. Ted did a fantastic job with thoroughly inspecting my car and informing me of its condition, and he offered me honest, suitable recommendations without any sort of pushiness. This location has an absolutely fantastic team, and they’ve scored another loyal customer!

These guys (Ron, Mike & Rodolpho aka «Rodo») were the best. They went out of their way to take care not only my car but me as well. Providing the services I needed and done well. I would recommend them to anyone. A big, «Thank You!!», to the team for changing my thoughts on those particular type of auto services.

They are amazingggg super quick, friendly and definatly went above and beyond to find all these things i didnt even know that needed to be fixed or replaced. One of the quickest oil changes and the customer service was exceptional. Id recommend to everyone who is always on the go like me this is the place!

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Ron and bryan were amazing helpful and were willing to answer any of my questions. Plus they were genuinely friendly, which is rare in this line of business.

5 stars all around. They really went the extra mile and cleaned my windows and my interior a bit. Ron and his associate, whose name I forgot but also begins with «Ro», are professional, courteous and took care of my 2013 Ford Escape. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Came in on a late Sunday afternoon. Ted helped me at the counter and was really friendly and straightforward. He recommend certain services I should consider but didn’t push hard to sell anything, which I appreciate. I’ve been coming to this location for about 4 years and have experienced the same level of service every time.

I took my Suburu Outback in for an oil change and Ron treated me right. The windows got cleaned and the inside was vacuumed. There was no hard sell on other work that I should consider. They have great magazines and free coffee. What’s there not to enjoy about this 20+/- minute oil change?

I confess, I have an aversion to these fast oil and lube franchises. So much so that I opened the hood of my car and snapped a photo of my oil filter before I took my car in to compare it with after the oil change to make sure the filter got changed.
I have nothing but good things to say about this particular Jiffy Lube. The guy that checked me in was jovial and the staff seemed authentically happy to be there. Not the typical fake smiles and corporate-​speak.
They looked at my car then showed me the list of options. I said «do this but don’t do that» and they said «OK, we’ll be done and have you out in 10 minutes.» Not a shred of pressure to do anything.
It was a completely satisfying way to spend 15 minutes taking care of my car!
And, yes, I checked and they did change the oil filter! :-)

Ask for Ted, he explains things so the average joe can understand, and they don’t try and hustle you, they explain why they have recommendations for your car

Amazing service I came in as they were closing and the staff was super nice about it and the fact that they had to stay Kate to help me out. Even tho they were about to close I still was given great service and was taken care of. Very professional and the techs knew there stuff about all the products and why they recommended what they did was the best. I am going to be a repeat customer due to the service and the professional service I was given. I was also made sure that I was happy with the price and was even shown how to get a discount with the use if a current promotion I had no idea was available I was directed on how to get coupon and all this was done as they were. closing and tiring to leave. I’ve had questionable experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past, but the experience I had here was great. Shawn was the service manager on duty when I came in, and he was very helpful with some vehicle-​specific questions and concerns I had.

Service was quick and professional and the attendants are very personable. I came in on a Sunday and received great service. Only recommendations, no up sales or attempts to get more money out of me.
My only issue was that the 30 dollar oil change cost 76 dollars. Be aware of that before going to any jiffy lube. But if you need anything done this is a great location.

They changed my oil — my car still works — it was quick and inexpensive… Not sure what else to say. No complaints — fast and painless.

This has been my Jiffy Lube location for the past couple of years, and at the risk of sounding selfish, I hope the current manager and staff stick around at least another couple of years. The manager here is honest with me, he’s the first JL manager that doesn’t try to sell me anything my old, reliable, 1996 Oldsmobile doesn’t need.
Just to share, I went there a few months early for a change, they said my car didn’t need an oil change, yet; however, the manager topped off my oil while another team member vacuumed my car… at NO CHARGE.
When I showed up this week for an oil change, (it was necessary, this time), I was offered a bottle of water as soon as I stepped out of my car. After a few minutes, the manager checked in with me, discussed the various grades of oils, synthetic versus conventional, etc., and explained to me why I didn’t really need the more expensive oil for my car’s needs.
I needed to replace my old wiper blades and he gave me a quick tutorial on how I can do it myself next time… or, just come back and they’ll do it for me, pronto.
I was in and out within twenty minutes, (lucky I came during a lull), and I drove away in my freshly vacuumed car.
Service here is top-​notch and I commend the manager and his team of knowledgeable auto techs; I have no reason to go anywhere else.

I’ve used this Jiffy Lube location twice since moving to Seattle, and I love it. They’re always very kind to me, and they take the time to explain everything to me. I’m clueless, but I never feel like they’re taking advantage of that. I will continue to give them my business.
As for the wait that has frustrated other reviewers… go early, folks! I go at 7am and have the place all to myself. It’s fast and painless.
