Very fast delivery. Very small delivery fee. Food has always been very good and still hot. We got two free bowls of soup also and also two free spring rolls on our second order! I love the Mongolian Beef! The Sesame Chicken is my favorite. My boyfriend loves the Mongolian Beef and Egg roles more than any other asian place.

I have been eating at Jade almost since they opened a few years back. I have to say I have not had a bad meal here… it is totally family run, the grandpa used to help out but now he stays home and grandma is there. The husband and wife team are very nice though the wife is the main show with the husband as cook. It is no frills to be sure, but the food is a good portion, and always super hot and fresh. The hot and sour soup, is REALLY good. Really, most Cantonese restaurants do not make tasty hot and sour but theirs is so tasty! The Mongolian beef is good as are beef chow yuk, shrimp chow mien, the sweet and sour dishes are good without overly breaded pieces. There are not many good Cantonese places outside of Chinatown so this is a welcome choice in the Aurora district. Parking is free and never a problem. Give it a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

It’s very cheap delivery for a reason. This is the worst delivery Chinese I’ve ever had. And I am not super picky, I eat Safeway Chinese food. I got the sweet and sour pork which was mushy and flavorless with fried rice again no flavor and honey walnut prawns which is one of my favorite things and they some how made it devoid of even shrimp flavor. I do not recommend this place at all. I couldn’t even take more than 2 bites of each dish. It was that bad. I don’t give bad reviews. So this really goes to show how much I disliked it.

I love this place! The owners are super friendly. I love the laid-back, no-frills lounge area. You can come in and hang out with friends for hours, ordering some cheap drinks, snacking on a few dishes, playing pool, etc.

Mediocre food. Poor service. The delivery driver texted us to come down from our third floor apartment to meet him. Um, no. I’m stoned. If I was going to waltz down those stairs I would’ve picked the food up myself. And why are you texting me? And why did my food take an hour and a half to get to me, thirty minutes above our estimated delivery time? Maybe it was grub hubs fault. But I was disappointed.

I am writing this only because all the negative reviews really surprised me. We order delivery about twice a month and have never had a problem. We get Chow Mein, egg fu young, garlic chicken, and tofu depending on our mood. Never a bad experience. I never have been inside so I can’t speak for the cleanliness or wait service. Ordering by phone can be a challenge sometimes I suggest Eat24. If you want the best Chinese food in Seattle you need to head to the International district.

The entrée in question is Garlic Chicken. The Garlic Chicken was very delicious! It has lots of flavor and if you’re used to the East Coast Chinese food then you can’t go wrong with Jade Restaurant! When I’m in town for a future Seattle construction job I’ll make sure to come back for seconds!!! Thanks to the friendly owner, Mr. Thich! Thanks much Blake Gracia

So I never Unilocal but I feel compelled to save you all some trouble. I ordered Mongolian chicken. The chicken was hard and hardly edible. Even the rice which I don’t eat usually but couldn’t eat more of my dry slop was mushy. Beef was rubbery and fatty. I feel bad Unilocaling but this was the worst Chinese food we have ever had.

We ordered from here via Grub Hub for dinner tonight. We ordered 4 dinners that each came with soup, rice, shrimp, egg roll, & an entrée and an appetizer & the bill including tax and delivery and tip was less than $ 50. Delivery came in less than 30 mins piping hot too like it just came off the stove. The portions were huge & food was fresh. After reading past reviews, I’m guessing they fixed all the past issues. Glad we gave this place a chance because my family ate well tonight!

excitedly ordered from this place for the first time last night. I was excited they had delivery till midnight but was a little nervous due to the review score. Very pleasantly surprised, food was delicious and portions were big. The sauce already comes on foods like sweet and sour pork but I was surprised to find it wasn’t soggy. However if you were going to be waiting a bit to eat it might be worth ordering the sauce on the side. We will definitely be ordering from the restaurant again.

My favorite Chinese restaurant near my house, SUPERTASTY. I always get the food to go. The only place I like better is Snappy Dragon but they are more expensive. I only limit myself here when I’m trying to watch my waistline :-) A little-known fact is that you can rent this place out for parties — have some DJ friends play some music and you can have a rockin party on the cheap, with great food!

Meh, I ordered the Orange Chicken. I got a LOT of food, but it was just okay. Might order again but it was soggy and not what I was hoping for.

My boyfriend and I ordered here through eat24. What we got was amazing and the price was actually decent. The food portions are generous and super tastey. I highly recomend them and know that the next tiem we are in the area that we will be ordering from there.

You’ll find this review helpful, believe me. If there was a possibility to have a negative star review I would do it. I got food here 4 times. 3 times were through Eat24. The second delivery time was waay off. An hour and a half later and all we got was excuses. No I’m sorry, we’re behind, etc. Not even a call. Then time went by and the food was good so our office thought ok let’s give it a shot again. I thought okay I’ll pickup. Yeah no. I get there it’s raining, doors locked no one was there.(We paid online by card) I finally get someone and no one is there. They had to go out. No call nothing AGAIN lol I wait forever once again. At first they offered to take off a soup. Of how kind for the huge headache $ 3 off too generous! I told her that’s not really fair. They gave a bigger size soup and a free entrée. Now for yesterday’s order. I call in and the food is ready for me. I’m thinking oh yay! The food was B O M B! I even call in and say thank you was so good! Then I get home… TMI but oh Lord… let’s just say what happened was not a sight of unicorns running in a field of daisies. I get to work and talk to my co workers same issue. If the horrible delivery times don’t push you away do not and I mean DONOT order the Orange beef. You might enjoy it for a brief moment but when the cramping, gas, etc comes you will quickly regret it. ***UPDATE: So I finally spoke with the manager today and they told me I would get a full refund. I go there and he said he wasn’t going to. What a waste of gas again. He said he needs proof… gee well I’m sorry I didn’t snap chat my ordeal lol I may not have that but I did look them up on the Washington State Department of Health and OHMYGOODNESS never again!!**

Dont waste your time. There is plenty of other Chinese joints that deliver around this area that are much better. The best thing about the meal was the fortune I got in my Fortune cookie that read«Things will be looking up very soon» Which was true when I threw the $ 40 worth of food in the garbage it was already looking up.

I love greasy Chinese good, but the delivery SUCKS. I had to wait almost 2 hours. After the first hour I called and they said they had just left and would be there«any minute». 30 minutes passed and I called again. They told me they had gotten«super busy» and my food would be there soon because the driver had left 20 minutes ago with several other deliveries. I’m too hungover to wait 2 hours for some food.

I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon while I had some time to kill while waiting for a friend. I was the only one in the place and ordered a Mac n Jack’s from my perch at the bar. One flat screen was playing a Japanese Sci-Fi fantasy/adventure film while the other t.v. played an action packed Bollywood extravaganza. Huey Lewis was rocking(popping) his 80’s ass off in the background. This was all a bit distracting trying to discern one film from the other while the kitchen crew chatted loudly during their food prep. A few single dudes would pop in from time to time for take out food or to guzzle a quick beer at the bar. They probably had a few minutes before their bus or maybe their temporary lady friend was busy with another client. I have no idea what the food tastes like and it may or may not be edible but the beer is cold and the service was prompt and friendly. Take a chance on going there on Friday which is their busiest with music thumping throughout the night. There is a lower level area with several pool tables and the place is probably pretty fun if you are looking for some greasy Chinese food and a good stiff drink.

Sigh. The search goes on for decent Chinese delivery. Cost — 1 to 2 star food for 4 star price. Almond fried chicken — not deplorable, but close. Sweet and sour pork — tough and chewy, flavor okay. Chicken fried rice — standard, big portion.

Meh, is right. There is better out there, but since this is the only place open super late, it was kinda a default«lemme try it and see what it’s like» kind of decision. They nailed the fried rice, spot on… but their General Tso’s chicken and S&S chicken were definitely something to be desired. The food did not taste bad, but the consistency of the fried chicken portion of the meal was soggy and not exceptional. I would definitely go back for more fried rice if I have a craving late at night, but nothing else. The other reviews are spot on. This is a BAR, not a restaurant… it just happens to have a kitchen and super kind asian folks that make food for the bar-goers. The service was super good when I arrived, so I have only praise for that.
