Fui a almorzar y pedí Teriyaki. La verdad que estuvo excelente. Muy sabroso y exquisito. La atención no estuvo tan buena. No mostraron mucha simpatía. El lugar estaba limpio y no fue difícil aparcar.

Service is awful. Lady wouldn’t even make eye contact and walked away in the middle of taking my order only to have someone else have to finish it. That guy wasn’t much better. He ran my card and just walked away, I had to grab the card from the register I realize this is fast food but come on. Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Pretty unhappy. Found a roach in our bag. After eating everything of course. Please clean your restaurant!

Cheap tasty food. Its Jack in the Box you cant go wrong. I personally love the buttery jack. The reason why I’m giving this review three stars is because of the service. Its sub-par at best. Slow wait times for food. Usually when I get there, there’s no one at the register, there all in the back. It takes an average of 3 – 5 mins for someone to take my order. Meh.

Why is it so hard to get extra buttermilk sauce? Id gladly pay for it but they dont let you. I understand it’s fast food but whats the point if you cant get what you want? The lady was rude and combative. Next time im going to McDonalds. They didnt even give me napkins.

Had to repeat myself a few times and the hamburger was just thrown together. Cheap hamburger fit the desire but the service could’ve been much better. If this wasn’t the only place to grab a burger after working 14 hours in West Seattle besides McD’s, I wouldn’t have come in. Food: 2 Service: 1 Parking: 2 Ambiance: 2

I guess sometimes it’s nice to be easy. It’s just like any other JITB… I don’t expect much other than a fresh chicken sandwich.(I order mine with a tomato slice added.) This morning was no different. Don’t ask me why a chicken sandwich was a good idea for breakfast. It just was. And it was just one dollar. As I pulled up to pay, I was told, «Thank you for being so easy. They [the car behind me] are driving me nuts.» I try not to complicate things too much– I’m sure details aren’t too easy to understand on the other side of a drive-through window. You’re welcome nice lady. Thanks for thanking me for making my normal cheapie order. It’s JITB. It’s not fine dining. Or even casual dining. It’s FASTFOOD. And for what it is, it’s 4 stars.

I wish there such a thing as less than one star. This one SUCKSBAD !!! They hire ppl that have no clue nor do they care at all what they throw in your bag. Both happened during the day… stone sober. I asked for a specific sandwhich & fries, NOTTHATHARD, the person mumbled something inaudible and took off. Thrust a bag at me & took off again. Naturally It was some nasty potato thing and fries! Not what I wanted Duh ! You think that if you walk in they might get it right. OK…So I thought I’d give it one more chance & today… They LEFTTHEPAPERONTHECHEESE&COOKEDITINTHESANDWHICHHOWDISGUSTING ! I can’t believe it! This is beyond incompetent. Maybe if someone turns them in to the health dept they’ll clean it up. Please do yourself a favor & avoid this roach motel & for Gods sake don’t feed it to your kids. It’s crappy food and abusive service.

The best thing about this Jack in the Box is that it’s open late. But, if you’re up that late and you actually take time to think about your options, you would probably just go across the street and pick something up from Metropolitan Market. The fryer is always runing and you can expect the same food that you would get any other Jack in the Box. The staff is always solid, they work pretty hard here.

Despite this place being so nasty to everyone, it doesn’t stop the lines from being 16 cars long every night. It really is a hit or miss with this location. One day, it looks like they spent 5 minutes making your burger and other days, it looks like they spent 5 seconds putting your beef patty on your bun and forgetting to put everything else on it. They recently got new employees to work at this location. THANKGOD! The guys who used to work here would shut it down at 10:00(it’s open 24 hours) and chill in the eating area with their friends and not come to the window when you pulled up. Horrible! Now they got a bunch of friendly girls who they make say, «How was your service today?» before you pull off with your food.

This is fast food. This is your belly after fast food. I know, It’s not pretty. While I loathe the need for food on the go, sometimes a gal’s gotta eat. So I pull up to the drive through and some jerk behind me is crawling up my tail pipe. I ignore and speak into the box, the very nice voice on the other end assures that she had my order 100% correct and she did. I pull up and am greeted warmly. I am handed my bag of food, but not before being asked sincerely if my order is correct and a geniune wish for me to have a good day. You may be working in a fast food drive-through, but you’re giving prime-time high quality service and for that, I truly did have a better day. Five stars for service, 10 if I had them to give.

My biggest complain with this place was the service. I know what to expect when I go to a fast food place as far as the quality of food… but I definitely expect some sort of respect when it comes to service. I went there with my roommate, and immediately noticed the rowdy teenage crowd. There was a lot of swearing and racial slurs flying around the dining room. My roommate went to order first, and the cashier yelled out«Hey whats your name?» to one of the teenage guys that was leaving. She wouldn’t take my roommate’s order until the guy gave her his name. Then when I ordered, she just walked away after taking the order and I paid. She didn’t offer me a receipt or my cup. My roommate at least got a cup. But she just disappeared, and I had to wait for someone else to give me a cup when they called my number. But I didn’t know my number because she never told me, nor gave me a receipt. So I just had to see what was on the tray and go get it. This place made me feel like crap-in-the-box.

Our food was COLD. Fast food doesn’t necessarily need to be good, but it does need to be, at the very least, warm. I’m scared to think of how long our ciabatta sandwiches were sitting around before they were served to us. Scary.

Oh how I love and hate thee Jack in the Box. I love thee because you have saved me many times from having a hang over due to your open 24 hours drive thru and your chicken sandwiches. I hate thee because you are on my way home and have my favorite chocolate malted crunch milkshake always on the menu. Drive thru people are always kind and friendly and provide extra sauce and napkins when asked, if you need a midnight snack Jack in the Box can probably help you out.
