I’ve had a major problem with«Korea Gems» at this jewelry show. I have relatives that go to the show every year, and they tried out that clerk. 2010, Korea Gems did an extremely POOR resizing of an old family pass-down platinum ring: they scratched it up badly and caused prongs to become loose. The huge scratches are easily seen, and the offset prongs can easily be felt. They did a hasty job with no attention to detail. Huge disappointment for Intergem allowing such horrible clerks in their event. We had someone take the ring back to Korea Gems, and the clerk refused to fix it, demanding more money to fill in the gashes and fixing the prongs. What a scamming joke. Not all clerks at this event are bad, but some like«Korea Gems» you should just avoid.
