Mahari is an awesome guy. super helpful and really cares about customers.
Service is very good — I was pleased with carpet cleaning they did in my 3 BR home.
I had to get carpet cleaned before I moved into a house in March. It was very short notice — less than 24 hours but Mahari and his crew really went out of their way to get the job done (quite literally too — Redmond was far away from their last job). When they showed up — I realized that I don’t have the keys. Mahari was patient with me and he came back after a while I went to get the keys.
They did a through job cleaning carpet in an empty house — not leaving any corner and patch. I didn’t even have to point out rough and dirty spots, they located it before I could point it out.
I am sure there are big names in cleaning but I have never met someone more helping, caring and professional than Mahari. I highly recommend Hydro Steam.
