0 stars! JUST DON’T GO HERE. My hair is now damaged so bad it’s going to take me years to grow it back out. Kevin turned my ashy light blonde hair to shades of green and blue! The gal I have been going to religiously for the past 3 years is out of town for 2 months and next available appt. is in March. It’s been 6 weeks since my last color so I just needed a touch up toner/​color. I went to Kevin as a recommendation from one of my friends who also has ashy blonde hair. Went online and saw that quite a few of my mutual friends go to him with great results. I made an appt. and showed him the same photo I showed my girl the last time I got my hair done and when he was drying my hair. My hair matched the green towel that was on my shoulder. I said it looks green and he argued with me that it looks like the photo. The photo was clearly a girl with silver hair with hints of purple. He then told me he had to use blue to get dark grey hair. Basic chemistry 101… Blue and yellow mixes into green. My highlights on my head were now green. He said he can darken it by adding some brown. So he mixed up some color and reapplied. Now it’s less green but her turn my blonde hair I spent 3 years to achieve into muddy brown with hints of green and blue. I left mad at myself that I didn’t wait for my girl and that I was late to work. Next day I took the day off work and spent 6 hours at Obadiah Salon for a corrective service and they still couldn’t undo the mess. I’ve spent $ 500 the past 2 days on treatments/​services at other salons to get back to my previous color. I still have a couple more services to go in order to get back to blonde. He really messed up the colors in my hair with whatever blue he put in and the permanent brown he used after to try to darken it. He should seriously get his hair license taken away. This has been one of the biggest mistake of my life trusting him with my hair.

I have gone to multiple places to get my hair done. Ending result? Total disappointment. So one day I decided to go on Unilocal and have seen that his salon has five star ratings and a few of my friends have also mentioned his shop a few times so I decided to give it a go. I love his work, and how knowledgable he is with colors and cutting! I got a balayage ombré and am in love with the turnout. I would definitely come back.

No one can cut layers like him.
He has been my favorite stylist since he worked at the salon in the stripe of Viet-​Wah, but now he has his own salon which is awesome!
I’ve been wanting to dye my hair blonde, but due to the fear of people messing up my hair color and damaging it i’ve been on a long search. Anyways;
I got a Ash Brown & Pearl White Balayage Ombré, and I’ve never been happier with it!
He always recommends the best options, and care for your hair! Which is good because some people leave the salon without knowing what to do to maintain.

Gotten a retouch on my roots, and decided to just go even lighter, my next visit will be soon!

Today, I came in for an appointment to get my hair done ash brown balayage. I was late but Kevin, the owner and stylist there, greeted me happily! It took a process of 5 hours but was all worth it. The staff there is friendly and gets you what you want to get out of it. This is by far my favorite salon, I will recommend to all my friends! Also, get oil treatment of your hair is damaged to get it to be healthier!
