Paul is kind, honest, and makes you feel comfortable! I started my own private practice in health care and was overwhelmed with the whole process and how to do it legally and with the best tax outcome. Paul walked me through the whole process of becoming a PLLC and S Corp. He even hooked me up with an attorney to do it for me. He taught me how to set up payroll, how to chart everything, the benefits of PLLC and S Corp over sole proprietorship, reminders of when to file what and everything else!
