Greenwood Heated Self Storage

A very good experience! I showed up, and was given a tour on the spot. The paperwork was a little complicated but Jessica the new manager here was very proficcient and cut through the red tape for me.
I have the option to pay monthly by phone, online, by check or by mail. Clean facility, very secure, and I have the option to make my access code whatever I want!
I had a unit at a Public Storage facility prior to this and this experience is so much better! So much more flexible. I’m impressed!

Facility is spotless and well-​lit, with good elevators and moving carts; security seems spot-​on and the staff has been friendly and professional. And the access hours and the price are right! This is a worry-​free facility and it’s great to have them in the neighborhood.

Great place! They are very honest and helpful. The units are reasonably priced. I have talked with their employee Keith and he has been nothing but cool about everything. I will use them for all my storage needs in the future!

In the world of Self Storage, most people think of Public Storage and Shurgard (now one in the same). When it comes to mailbox services, most people think of The UPS Store.
Well here is a place that combines both Services under one (very large) roof.
You can rent mailboxes here. The mailboxes come in 3 sizes and you pay for them quarterly. They will receive packages for you as well. 24 Hour access is provided and they are open on Sundays (Unlike the UPS Stores).
Of course they also have plenty of storage. I cannot speak for that service since I only rent a mailbox here. But it’s all run by the same friendly people. I always get greeted by first name when I come get my mail.
This is located near the site of the old Leilani Lanes in Greenwood. There is plenty of parking and they also have a truck for rent.
I have had my mail delivered there for over one year and can not recall a time when someone else’s mail was put in my mail (a frequent problem at some UPS Stores).
The prices? Very reasonable for being in City. You can check the storage and mail prices on their website.
