An update. Just after I posted my original review, Charlie (the owner) personally called me and apologized profusely for what had happened. My messages had not been returned because of errors by the receptionist working there at the time. He refunded my $ 275 charge for the service since I was not satisfied. Today (1÷13÷15), Charlie personally came over to my place to look at my stepson’s broken computer and again apologized for what had happened last July. I regard what occurred back then as an unfortunate anomaly. I have otherwise had excellent service from Geek Serv for four years and would again recommend them without reservation.

So Happy to have GeekServ in my life. Superior, intelligent, polite, informed service. Charlie is great! I thought my computer was on death’s door, taking with it all my files but Charlie fixed it all. Highly recommend.
