Well there are some pros and cons to Fremont Dock. Pros, they do have a very nice beer selection and their food is consistent and higher end in the category of bar food. If you do end up at the Dock try the Grilled Cheese BLT. On Wednesday they have Sporkle trivia which is a nice twist on «Geeks who drink.» Look it up, it’s more fun. Now the cons: service. I’m a stickler for service, even at a dive bar. I’m not needy but I appreciate someone who’s interested in taking your order. But we’ve been coming for weeks and we consistently get bad service. Wait staff is constantly disinterested. I wouldn’t say I’ve ever had terrible service, but it’s nowhere near good. Felt like we were bothering them by ordering. Never would ask if we were finished and would have to go to the bar and ask a completely different person to close out, at 8pm on a Wednesday. Doesn’t seem like the staff has interest in representing the company well. Even had staff snap at us about leaving a menu, «that’s what I said, do you want me to leave a menu.» I’ll keep going for the trivia but hoping to be surprised by a decent waitstaff someday.

Only been here for Hawks games and love that I can watch the game from anywhere but the reason they get 3 stars is that their food is terrible. Service gets 5 stars and ambiance gets 5 but I can’t give the food more than a star. I have ordered the Denver omelet the first time I was here and it was gross so I tried the pancakes and bacon the last time I was there and it was worse than McDonalds. I wouldn’t mind as much if their prices were closer to the quality of food but $ 13 for pancakes I had to eat with plastic silver wear I don’t think so. I will be back to watch a game but will have to go elsewhere to get food.

I want to give this place 2 stars but I can’t. After going since June I can’t do it anymore. Staff is borderline mentally challenged. Management is full on mentally challenged. Lunch: with 4 people our avg time has been 100 minutes. They also now require a credit card to eat lunch. I went with a group of 6 and without asking charged the whole tables entire order on my card. It was $ 230 dollars. Then they acted like it was to much work to split the bill. I contested the charge with my bank and won. So they have a charge back coming. Sunday: Packers bar? In Seattle? No thanks. I have been in Seahawks gear. Not allowed to sit down because that’s for Packers fans only. If it rains don’t expect anyone to care if you are sitting outside. Seriously the most rude sports fans in the world. I’ve lived in 8 nfl cities. People at the dock look at you evil. Don’t ever start a tab, you’ll never be allowed to pay unless you do it by the 3rd. Food: Decent at best. Pizza was awful though. I like the fresh non frozen burgers. Overall: I avoid unless friends beg me and are paying.

Our bad for going on a Sunday morning when the Seahawks were playing. However, we found seating and were having a pretty good time until we wanted to order food. We were told they are only serving breakfast, I hate breakfast food but did not want to be rude so my wife and I ordered the least offensive foods to our taste. Not ten minutes later our neighbor has a BLT delivered to the table? I think our waitress was either new or frustrated but woof.

I love this place! It’s excellent for watching the Hawks play! It’s definitely a Seahawks bar, with their colors and memorabilia covering the walls and extra seating on game day. And it feels like a big community, I go every week and there’s a great camaraderie between customers. Every awesome play or touchdown, there’s high-fives all around and you’re bound to sit next to someone who is just as excited about the game as you are. They have a fun outdoor deck that’s great in the summer and they have heat lamps so it’s good in the spring and fall as well. Try their BLTA, their house fries are amazing! They have a breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. If you’re looking for a hot drink, go for the Safety(spiked cocoa). The only reason this doesn’t have 5 stars is because the service can be slow(understandable because the place is packed on game day). But when you haven’t seen a waitress during the first 45min you’ve been at your table on one visit, you Dock a star – pun intended.

I’ve been here 3 times now and have decided I’ve experienced all I need to in order to post a review. First Visit: During The Solstice Festival. They have a huge fenced in parking lot dedicated as an outdoor space to stand and drink while you watch the festival go by. Great location for this. Plus, they serve non-alcoholic beer which was a plus at 6 months pregnant in the summer. And before anyone gets in a huff over that statement, an occasional N/A is perfectly fine while pregnant. Second Visit: Friend came in from out of town and was staying in Fremont. We came back here to have some drinks(post pregnant) before heading deeper into Fremont — the experience was standard. Third Visit: I went here for a Seahawks game and there was a LOT of seating, community style, very smart. I would have given this place another star except for 2 things: 1. The waitress was too new. We didn’t want breakfast and she said that’s all they were serving. So we ordered a country fried steak and a country skillet. Way too greasy … 2. As soon as we finished our food, someone who I believe to be the owner sat a couple next to us and offered them«the other menu» Very disappointed — and unfortunately because of the breakfast we never wanted and SOME unreliable staff we will not return to eat. But the beer is always flowing so there’s that.

A pretty standard looking sports bar with TV screens everywhere. Nothing fancy about this place but tons of seating and they’ll be sure to have your game on because the walls are lined with TVs. Food is fairly priced and so are the drinks. They made a great juicy lucy and definitely come for the tater tots because they’re fried to perfection.

Come here to watch sports. Go somewhere else for other things. This isn’t an insult, the world needs sports bars. Just not when the games aren’t on.

What a great sports bar. The energy was though the roof. Tons of TVs, great beer selection, and tons of space. Food was awesome! Great spot for Sunday football! I’ll be back.

We were visiting from out of town for a UW game and this is a great spot. Opens early on game days for breakfast(skillets are great). We came back in the evening and the burgers were real burgers not disc patties and were really good too. They have gluten free buns also! And cider on tap. Highly recommended.

The French dip sandwich was great, very tasty. Good fries. The crowd in the bar, not so great. For a wed mid day, they were wiped out. Seemed waaaay over served.

The bouncer(Thursday night) quite literally had the worst personality I have ever encountered. When we walked in, we asked how his night was going, to which he just said«I.D.» Then he preceeded to just be a complete ass hole to most everybody in the bar who he decided he just did not like. There were multiple experiences this night with his sour attitude, but needless to say it was enough to keep me away from this place from now on.

Nice little spot close to Gas Works, so easy walk to the fireworks. I stopped in her to wait it out a bit, grabbed a hard cider, and listened to a Halcyon Daze perform. It can get a little crowded inside, and the bathroom is kinda small, but it’s a cool venue.

Wow this place was a mess. Staff was overly casual, throwing trash on the floor while clearing tables. One bartender sneezed on a bouncer then poured herself a drink. They would have had only one star but the blta that I had was actually pretty decent. They really need to do a better job of having the staff be staff and sell products rather than being staff that gets paid to hang out at the bar. I saw one customer(I think) with a bag of popcorn they clearly brought from home. None of the bar tenders would make eye contact or ask if I wanted a drink. If I did manage to catch their eye, they would quickly look away as if I caught them doing something wrong. I suppose for cheap beer and watching a game, it isn’t terrible. It seems to be a hobby business that isn’t concerned about doing well. If that is the kind of place you like, be sure to stop in!

Solid 4 stars for The Dock! I’ve come here for Hawks games, World Cup Games, and for lunch and casual HH since I work down the street. Great atmosphere, always wonderful service, and — uh duh — they have the towers of beer! Just went there for lunch today, our server Brittany was awesome. We had a group of about 5 and she was able to accommodate separate checks for us. The nice thing about the Dock is that they surprisingly have great options for a lighter/healthier meal(with a few tweaks!). I ordered the citrus kale salad, removed the cheese and added blackened chicken with dressing on the side. It was perfect. Another diner ordered the burger with special fries that are tossed in buffalo sauce — I’m personally not a fan(the fries were soggy and goopy, I like my fries crunchy!) but the burger was great. I’ve also had the fish tacos and loved them. If you’re planning to go for any kind of sporting event be sure to show up plenty early so you can get a good spot. Also note that the patio seating(couches) have a minimum group of 10 people to sit there and everyone from your party must arrive within 15 mins of each other or they will give the spot to another group. Cheers!

5 stars for breakfast! If you’ve never had their pancakes — go do so now! You will not be upset. They are heavenly goodness. the hasbrowns are not consistent, which is a bummer. Sometimes they’re nice and crisp, sometimes not. But go and get the pancakes. Worth it! Good for hangovers and non hangovers.

I love this place. We go for breakfast and the food is always fresh, hot and pretty fast. Servers are nice and the place is clean. French Toast is yummy. Have not had dinner.

The food is just okay… I like that they had local beers on tap, especially considering how many breweries Seattle has. We tried the shrimp tacos and the wings. The wings were meh, but the shrimp tacos were pretty good and spicy. We actually came here to watch the Kentucky-Florida game while we were doing touristy things in Seattle. I liked the number of TVs. I also liked that some of the TVs had their own sound bar so you can have the audio for the game on while there was music over the main speakers. It’s a pretty chill spot, though.

Definitely a dive type of bar but big in space. Lots of seating. Waitress was friendly. Lots of daily beer specials. The food was ok, pricey for a dive bar I think. Got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. Sandwich was kinda greasy, everytime you held it, grease would be runny down your hand. But the fries were great.

I really do like the Fremont Dock! Be careful about coming in on a Thursday night though, as they now support the local WAKA kickball league! This just means about 50 or more drunk folks coming in to party late Thursday evening. The dock offers a number of tv’s in the area, your traditional bar items and happy hour options. I love getting their happy hour sliders, the perfect amount of food at a great price! It’s definitely your traditional sports bar, so don’t expect gourmet, but the service is friendly and the space is nice. By the way, check out the outdoor seating area — has some nice relaxing couches to watch the game!
