Forrest and his team have been in charge of my accounts for the better part of a year now, and I have had only great experiences working with them. They are very prompt in responding to my emails (my preferred form of communication) and answering any of my questions, silly or not! I am currently in the process of purchasing a home, and Bobby (one of the staff here) was great in communicating with me to resolve some discrepancies in the information sent over by the bank, as well as in getting me a great multi-​line insurance discount!

Forrest and his team are fantastic! They are always happy to help and go out of their way to help their clients.
Being a former team member it was not unusual for me to see Forrest and my other team members go out of their way to provide excellent service. For example, if for some reason a client is unable to make it into the office for their annual review, Forrest will come to them. How convenient is that? Other team members there also go above and beyond by not only giving the clients the coverage they want, but also making suggestions on how they can better protect their assets.
I’m no longer within the team, but now that I get to be on the other side of things as a customer I am not a bit surprised by the excellent service that I get. If I have a question, I send an email and usually get back a response within an hour. Yes people, they are that prompt.

Super responsive! Super helpful! Switching apartments in the middle of my term to a newly-​constructed building, I had one day to get my rental insurance changed to the new address in order to move in (usually a 3+day process). I assaulted Forrest with a panicked midnight email saying I needed it changed by 9:00 am the next day. With total diligence and grace, he helped me get the building everything it needed and got me into my new place that morning. Forrest rocks!

After getting acquainted with Forrest Dawson, it made me realize how great it would be to have a personable insurance agent who I could conveniently call or drop by his office to ask questions regarding my insurance policies. I was definitely impressed with their service when I was hit with a hundred dollar plus bill for a locksmith. But Christina, one of the staff members, immediately sent me a check the next day after delivering her the receipt. The best part about getting insurance or investing with Forrest is that he doesn’t use a hard-​sell angle. He simply educates you about what your insurance options are and what the best way is to get a better rate. After getting great service for my car insurance, I asked about their options for retirement funding (cuz let’s be honest-​social security isn’t going to cut it). As a person who has been in school 8 years, the last thing I wanted to think/​worry about was how to start investing. He made it super simple and asked a few questions about my view on risk with money and found me a simple way to start investing with only $ 50.00 per month. Thanks to him I worry a less about my future and my car.
