FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I’ve come here before and been in and out in less than 5 min for the exact same service I came for today. I’ve even left smiling with how easy and friendly the associates were. Well today, I had to just stop after going back and forth with the associate and leave. The process of coming to get something printed off was way too complicated. They are the print guys, they work with computers all day, you would think they could be more helpful! This guy talked me in circles and when I tried to explain what he had said didn’t make sense, he came off as just rude! Anyways left empty handed– onto the next print shop.

i got a lot luckier at this store. i went in to find no line. i asked for my item. it took an extra 30seconds for him to find the ream of paper i needed because of a stocking mixup. i got two reams. paid for it and i left.
and this place was on the way home too.

they may be slow but their service is always top notch. Michael knows what he’s doing and can handle things under pressure. He was the only one in the store tonight and he did an amazing job with everyone.
The guys here will take care of you, answer all your questions and will make sure your experience at this store will be one to remember (in a good way).

Went here to do some shipping and used the boxes they sell. They would not allow me to use their tape to take up the boxes and I had to buy tape in order to send my packages away. They told me that was protocol or something similar but the first time after visiting 20+ fedexs that happened as hadn’t happened since. Never returned.

Don’t ship from here! I had a very valuable item hand packed and shipped out of state, and had requested direct signature for delivery… they did not input the info, the package was left outside and stolen.
Furthermore, the cost was more than UPS, the service was horrible (the manager had to take over because the clerk couldn’t measure!), and I am out a few hundred bucks for a loss I must absorb… because it’s not their fault that my package was stolen when I hold in my hand a receipt that indicates «direct signature» required.

Fast courteous service and sometimes cheaper than USPS or UPS!
What more could you ask for?

I was extremely happy with the help I received at kinkos! A friendly and helpful staff makes A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE! I had files in my thumb drive and was shown a sample before we printed 20 copies just to make sure everything looked right. Glad we did that because we had to crop the flyer a little. I was really impressed that Serif could do it right there and then! He opened up Photoshop and fixed it in less than a minute, he knew exatly what I wanted. Saved the day! Also, this is not the first time, couple weeks back we run out of labels and our printer was down. I ran down to kinkos and was in and out in less than 5 minutes, goes to show you how efficient they are! And also saved the day! since we were on a deadline… Thank you thank you thank you!

Friendly staff and late hours.

So this specific FedEx center isn’t responsible for the amount of work FedEx/​Kinkos put into their online ordering system. However, they’re going to reap some of the stars from making it easy for me to set up a print job online including all the options I could think of needing, then paying for it, then being able to go to the nearest location to pick it up.
Which happens to be this particular location.
What the folks here ARE responsible for, is getting in contact with me immediately to confirm a couple details that weren’t clear; to point out that my prints may not come out the way I was hoping due to my formatting and layout, and offering to either fix it for me for an additional charge, or letting me make the fixes and re-​send the files easily.
Then, when I picked up my order, they had all kinds of extras that I didn’t know I needed until I saw them.
Like sharpies and beef jerky. When DON’T you need a sharpie or some beef jerky?!

This FedEx location gets 5 stars for the best customer service I have ever experienced from this corporation and for the quality of the work they produced.
I called in a rush order less than 24 hours before I needed it. They were very accommodating and then it turns out that my email never went through. So with less than 12 hours before I needed my signs, I resent the email and not only did they complete the project in time, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either.
