I wanted to have them do a big dry cleaning job so I called and asked when the cutoff time was. I was running just a couple minutes later than that time so I called and asked if that was okay. The ‘gentleman’ (with accent) who received my call hung up when I told him I’d be late. I called back to see if it was just an accident and he hung up on me once again. I understand I was late but all he had to do was tell me that they couldn’t/wouldn’t do the job. I had to go all the way to a place in Lynnwood to get it done. I hope they don’t treat everyone like this. I will never go back to them and will take my business elsewhere.

Tall people will never understand !!! I was blown away! After taking a dress here for a simple hem I was expecting to be happy with the new length but slightly disappointed, as always, as you tend to lose the original hem integrity when adjustments are made, Faulkenbury & Wright far exceeded my expectations. My dress was no longer a stuffy Tea Length but rather perfect in length with the original hem tailored in!!! I love them!!!

This place is my jam! Faulkenbury and Wright, yo! Whenever I get my dry cleaning on, I drop the beat at this joint.

Girlfriend and I took a bunch of clothes there — after charging us more than $ 100, not a SINGLE stain was removed from her clothes (they actually managed to find a way to introduce new ones), and her favorite blue shirt was ruined. No thanks — time to go elsewhere.

I went against all of the negative reviews and took my military uniforms to this place. I’m a fool! They ignored my instructions about creasing and charged me jacket price for a blouse. What I paid today did not match the quote I was given yesterday. I will never use this dry cleaner again and would recommend that no other military member take their uniforms there.

I’ve been coming here for 12 years. At first, I was very impressed with their service and the quality of the cleaning and their quick turnaround. However, over the past couple of years this place has deteriorated to the point that I’ll no longer be coming back here.
The woman who works here during the mornings is a complete moron. She doesn’t know how to do anything right even though she’s been working here for two or three years now. It generally takes her at least 4 attempts to find my name in their computer system; I have to spell it out for each attempt. With each attempt she just types in the first 3 letters and hits enter, which brings up a list of about 20 names. She has no idea which name looks like mine so she asks me to spell it again — and so the process repeats until she realizes that she has to enter more letters to narrow down the search. Clueless! She has trouble working the credit card machine, ringing up the transaction, punching the right number of holes in the punch card — even counting how many items I have, not to mention having no clue about what should be dry cleaned versus laundered.
My white shirts that I used to bring in to be laundered always used to come back spotlessly laundered. Now, they come back covered in marks and stains and the bright white coloring has now turned to a very dull white with an almost black-​ish tint to them. It’s like they started reusing their dirty water over and over, or are cutting costs by not using any, or using less or inferior quality, laundry detergent.

Insanely expensive (2−4x as much as other options nearby). Only plus side is same day service… which you can also find elsewhere.

Very quick turn around for cleaning and very easy to get to. The staff is very honest and friendly. I am so glad to use thier service.

We have been going here for three years and although the service is somewhat good in terms of prompt and efficient, there have issues with some dry cleaning of expensive goods with fancy buttons (breakage)… and also there have been issues with not reading whether to launder or dry clean… (ruined a couple shirts)… No refunds on anything! Also, the pricing was definitely high for the quality of work…(hit or miss).
The last straw was when pulling into the driveway and having another customer key my car, I went into the shop to ask the clerk to call the police and she said to me, «Don’t you have a cell phone»? Yes, I do have a cell phone, but I expect that after being a loyal customer to this business, you would not hesitate.
Finally, it’s time to find a better dry cleaner. Don’t get complacent with yours!

I’ve been coming here for my dry cleaning needs for the past six years. My clothes have always been ready by the quoted pick up time, everything has always turned out perfect and the service has been excellent. But I’m writing this report now, dear reader, because the fine employees of this establishment have raised the bar of customer service to new heights. First of all, some of the employees still remember me after I stopped coming in on a regular basis and didn’t need any dry cleaning for over a year. And the today, without asking or charging me, they replaced some missing buttons on a jacket of mine that I took in. How awesome is that? Very!!!
