Blake B. has got it right when he said «Rebecca at Escrowlink is amazing!» My spouse and I just signed our papers, and we left out a HUGE detail. She didn’t need to but Rebecca helped us out tons, and saved us time, energy, and money. My spouse has been working in real estate and property management for almost 2 decades, and Rebecca is, by far, the BEST escrow officer he has worked with!

Rebecca at Escrowlink is amazing! I have had nothing but positive experiences with Escrowlink and she has bent over backwards to get deals done on time or moved up for my clients.
Israel’s review is completely off base as he failed to disclose utility charge to escrow so there was no way for them to know there even was a charge! Escrowlink did not try to ever make buyers pay for it as I was representing the buyers on the transaction. He is just upset that he is being held accountable for a charge he should have paid off in advance and leaving a negative review on Unilocal was his outlet for his negligence.

They missed a major law (RCW 60.80) and have tried to make both the buyer and the seller pay for a utility charge that is to be paid by the closing agent with closing costs.
Very unprofessional, negligent, and ignore it.

Very disappointing service. Sent the final paperwork to the county for recording and didn’t even notify us or our agent. Works with Cathy Cowan from Windermere to the benefit of the seller, not the buyer. We gave them a very large sum of money only to be burned.

Never thought I would give an escrow company five stars. We worked with Bridgett for signing and Heather at the front desk, who were terrific. It’s clear they work hard, are super organized, and are nice people to boot. They respond quickly to emails and explain the process to newbies. The office itself is cosy and they have refreshments. They facilitated a tricky closing which I was afraid would never happen. I was actually impressed enough to write this review. Highly recommended.

Jan helped us out recently during the signing for our house sale. She was terrific, and the location right off of Aurora in a darling house could not be beat. That was easy!
