Um– yum! I love bread. Gluten is totally my homeboy and every culture in the world somehow associates carbs with plenty, family and prosperity. I love me some gluten. But it’s easy to love these gluten free products too. MUCH better than normal gluten-​free foods (Pam’s mix-=ick) my family went in for some cookies and a few loaves of such and such and we came outwith more free samples than what we bought for being first time customers.
It’s all very reasonably priced and vacuum packed so nice and clean. We will be going here often– my little sister has a severe Gluten allergy.

Wholesale only Gluten Free bakery. We get our Gluten, Yeast, Dairy free pizza crusts for Pizza Works from here. They will ship or you can pick items up will call. If you are ordering an item for which they produce two similar but different products (i.e. Dairy Free Pizza Crusts and Dairy & Yeast Free Pizza Crusts) be sure you check and make sure they gave you the correct product on your way out the door.
And it is Wholesale, only. Do not expect to walk in and buy anything unless you have a State or WA Tax ID and you are buying a quantity.
