Server did a great job. Food was average at best. Took a long time for food to come out of kitchen and then it was cold. Fries best part of the meal.

They show the UEFA Champions League — major plus :) The food they sell is awesome, considering the focus would be on watching sports with a beer in hand.

Looking for a place to eat while on vacation in Seattle. Found this place down the street from our hotel the Sheraton. Went in cool environment. Ordered the wings and two burgers. Wings weren’t bad. However, the burger was a completely diff story. It had no salt. No flavor. The fries were harder than a pencil. Literally ate half a burger and put everything else to the side. Poor waitress was serving 10 other tables during a busy time«the nba playoffs». After we ate here I went down the street and had an old fashioned hot dog and it hit the spot. Coulda saved myself 45 dollars.

I was sad to walk by tonight and see they went out of business. The food wasn’t always amazing, and the services was sometimes slow, but it was the only real dedicated sports bar in downtown Seattle. Hopefully another sports bar will take over the space.

Went to the Edge last Sunday the 12th after going to the Act Theater. Really didn’t know what to expect but was looking for a restaurant with in walking distance. We had a great time, the bar manager make the day. He was helpful, funny and a joy to work with. The food was fine bar food and we had no complaints on either the price or the quality. If you are looking for a reasonable priced sports bar /restaurant close to the center of town you can’t go to far wrong here.

Previously the Fox Sports Grill, they rebranded themselves, cleaned up(it was dirtier before), and raised the prices a little. The biggest differences between this place and the Tap House next door are: 1) The Edge Grill has more TVs and is always able to put any sporting event you’d want to see on the TV, while Tap House might not be able to accommodate you because they have smaller number of TVs and tend to just show only the big sporting event of the moment. 2) Tap House has more beers and worse service. Since I go to the bar for the sports, I prefer the Edge Grill since they have more TVs and can more easily put on whatever I’m looking to watch.

Bad service and the beer I ordered was flat and old :(Very unimpressed it was like our server was high on weed forgetful and inattentive! I liked the Fox Sports bar but this is really a poor excuse for a place to spend money!

There wasn’t anything spectacular or bad about Edge Grill… but it seemed reasonably appealing while I was walking around and looking for a place to grub and have a beer. The first night I tried, they were closed for a private event, so I swung next door to Tap House. I still wanted to try out Edge, and upon reviewing some more comments, realized it was a repurposed Fox Sports Grill. There’s nothing wrong with that, but I guess I had been expecting something more. Just make sure you venture past the small upstairs entryway — there’s more downstairs. I had a few drinks with some friends I had met on my short trip into Seattle, and there were some smaller events going on in private rooms, which looked reasonably cool on account of having billiards and a nice space. The service at the bar was solid, and I tried out the PBLT, which was less crispy and fulfilling than I’d hoped, but still good. This hasn’t been a ringing endorsement so far, but in my 4 days in the area, staying on Pike &7th, I didn’t find anywhere else better suited to come in and watch a game, especially on a filled football Sunday. If I had been there for football, I’m sure I would have loved it. If you’re looking for a drink and the game, you could do much worse.

We went here for the first time since they converted to «The Edge Grill». My bf and I had been to Fox a few times. Anyway, we came for a UFC fight. Everything looks the same as it did with Fox. I love the setup of the bar and the atmosphere. First, there were two girls at a podium before you walk into the bar/restaurant who were collecting the $ 10 cover charge. The two gals almost started to argue in front of us… Kind of odd. My bf ordered the black and bleu burger and I ordered the fish tacos. My tacos were pretty good except the fish was kind of rubbery. The side of sweet potato chips were to die for. I would seriously come back just to eat the sweet potato chips. They were light and and crunchy… and a really good healthy choice. The sauce in the tacos were good. My bf’s burger wasn’t the best. Overall, I enjoyed the experience here and I’d go back.

No problems. Better service than Fox Sports Grill, but mainly the same menu.

We ate here for lunch hoping to see a new menu now that Fox Sports Grill changed its name. I wasn’t all that impressed with the menu. Reminded me of a Chili’s. I ordered the Jerk Chicken and it was descent. It came with mash potatoes and some nasty collard greens. Due to a new fitness program, I was looking for some healthy alternatives and other than the chicken, I came up blank. All the salads seemed to be iceberg lettuce which has no nutritional value. It’s my fault for wanting healthy food, not theirs. As a sports bar I’d assume you just need TVs, Wings, and Beer. Speaking of beers they had a relatively descent selection. Fremont IPA, Ninkasi, Sam Adams seasonal, and about 6 – 8 other micro brew handles. It’s not the Tap House(next door) but its alright. Ambiance was lacking and the place seemed dead. Service was good though. Not sure I’d go back as I hate underground big open restaurants that look like a club. If I’m going underground, I want a tavern with low ceilings, big stone fire places, and dozens of Belgian and Imperial IPAs.

When it was the FOX Sports Grill, service was awesome, the restaurant was clean and the food was great. I visited the restaurant since the name change for the first time on New Year’s Day. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Nachos, which were great when it was the FSG. For some reason, I didn’t get my food for 20 minutes, and when I finally got it, it was cold. The sauce tasted like it was canned, and the chicken tasted frozen. I didn’t have a server come back until 30 minutes after I got my food. I essentially waited 50 minutes to ever see my server again. The tables around me were dirty with food scraps on the table, the carpet was covered with garbage. It was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I also got sick from the food.

Nice new place in downtown Seattle. I became aware of it a few weeks back when I checked out its web page after reading a Unilocal review. I saw the magic words, «fried pickles,» and decided I needed to go one day soon. Today ended up being that day. When we first walked in, it was LOUD. There was a fight to some sort playing on the TVs in the main room. Fortunately, the host asked us if we were there for the fight. When we said no, we were seated in one of the smaller dining rooms off to the side. This second room was not exactly quiet — there were several TVs in there, too. But, they were showing football and basketball which are much less appetite-killing than two men beating each other up. And, this room was actually very comfortable. The tables are not so close together that you feel you could reach over and steal your neighbor’s french fries, but not so far apart that you feel isolated. Service was fine. Our server was friendly and on-the-ball. She was also busy. But, when, for our example, our entrées came up while she was occupied elsewhere, another server brought them over. So, all was good. Food was fine, too, if it did not completely blow us way. The aforementioned pickles were a generous serving with a spicy coating served in a little fryer basket. Not the best we’ve ever had.(That honor, I’m afraid, remains with the late, lamented Alligator Soul.) But, certainly not the worst, either. Likewise, our sandwiches — my chicken, his salmon — were about what you’d expect for pub food: Perfectly fine, but not exactly gourmet. The serving sizes there too, though, were quite generous. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience: Decent food. Fine service. A comfortable relaxed setting. I would return.

Having been here frequently while it was Fox Sports Bar, some friends and I decided to get together here to watch the Husky bowl game. The game started at 12:30 over a busy holiday weekend, so a few of our group was going to get there early to hold a table while the rest trickled in. When the three of our party of 12 arrived, the hostess said she couldn’t seat us until everyone was there. We explained that we were there to hold a table for our group, as we wanted to watch the game and hang out for the afternoon. She got her manager, who was just awful. He cared very little to find a solution or a way to work something out with the group. The two solutions he offered were: 1. That he could seat us, just three of us, and if there was a table when the rest of the party arrived we could have it. 2. Seat the three of us at a table that could hold our entire party, but if other people arrived while we were waiting, we would be booted from the table. While he was giving these two«options» he was very rude and not very welcoming. To him, it made no difference if we were the customers at the table for 12 or if it was other customers: they would have a full house either way, so it’s not like they would be losing out on business. We left to take our business elsewhere(Taphouse up the street is fabulous btw, with a MUCH better beer selection). As we were doing so, the hostess and managers were bad mouthing us as we were walking up the stairs to the exit. They didn’t even have the decency to wait until we were out of earshot before talking about us. I will not be returning. The food isn’t good enough to warrant putting up with such horrible treatment.

Sitting here watching the Hawks game. For a sports bar, it is fairly docile and stale(think oversized hotel lobby) and the TV’s are garbage(although there are a lot of them). All of them are about 35″ and are very obviously old and overused. Food was so-so. Typical sports bar quality with an attempted classy twist. The Bloody Mary was HORRIBLE. Overall, I would come here again if a group of friends were already here, but would not initiate another visit myself.

Food is great, service is excellent, and there are a lot of TV’s at every angle to watch your game. I have some favorite East Coast teams and I can see them here 99% of the time. This used to be called«Fox Sports Grill», but that was just a name they paid to use. It was apparently always the Edge Grill. Due to some changes with the local Fox folks & Root sports, they decided to stop using the name«Fox». You’ll love the friendly service and delicious menu options. My wife & I are always satisfied here.
