The best! The doctor and staff are extremely friendly, professional and polite. He explains everything he is doing, and prefers to avoid drilling to fix cavities and instead spends more time on educating me on how to take care of my teeth and gums. The whole team is very efficient, I’ve never been rescheduled or had to wait. Going to the dentist is now an enjoyable experience for me.

We came to Dr. Don-​Sing on the recommendation of my sister who is in the dental industry. My daughter had broken her two front teeth playing basketball and the gluing them back together just wasn’t working anymore. Our current dentist had recommended her getting veneers at age 17. Due to our concern about her getting veneers at such a young age and the cost to do so, we decided to meet with Dr. Don-​Sing for a consultation. He spent time with her to determine the best plan and he did such a great job! After not wanting to smile for 4 years, I can’t get my daughter to stop smiling! She is so happy and has switched to Dr. Don-​Sing as her new general dentist. Thank you so much!

As always, I confidently entrust the health of my dental issues to Gabe and know I am getting the best care possible in modern dentistry. My mouth is my «jewelry box» due to genetically lousy teeth… lots of precious metals and porcelains in there… savings pour directly from my bank account to my mouth and I am glad Gabe is there to help me with all the difficult, complex work that I need. He has also referred me to other dental specialty experts when necessary and his referrals have all been top notch. Gabe Don-​Sing is a wonderful man and expert dentist.

I don’t take the time to write reviews very often, but I wanted to include one for Dr Gabriel Don-​Sing and team. First, I like Dr Don Sing a lot as a person, and I enjoy talking to him so much I *almost* look forward to dentist appointments.
But, seriously, he’s a great person, a thorough dentist and one that has helped me on numerous issues over the last five years. I think he also does a good job of continuous education and learning about new advances and technology in the field. Anyway, if you’re looking for a new dentist, you’d be in great hands here.

Are you kidding me? This office runs like a well-​oiled machine and the Dr. Don Sing is the best! Couldn’t recommend them more.

I moved to Seattle a couple years ago, and my longtime dentist in Austin highly recommended Dr. Don Sing. I have not been disappointed! Dr. Don Sing, as well as his entire office staff, are the kindest, most professional group I’ve ever encountered. Not only are their services top-​notch, but they take such an interest in their patients and spend as much time as needed to answer questions. This review is not directed at Dr. Don-​Sing, he is extremely thoughtful, really great and awesome at what he does. I would never go anywhere else. However, I have had a really unpleasant experience with one of his staff members Julie. WATCH OUT FOR HER! I was unable to make it to an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. This has been a rough couple months for me plagued with all sorts of health issues like flus, food poisoning, ulcers etc. After missing my appointment due to spending 4 hours vomiting profusely, I gave the office a call back and Julie answered. As soon as I said my name, followed by my reason for not showing up, she paused for a couple seconds and said in a flat, unforgiving tone «uhuh… we’re booked till november» i said it was ok and would still like to make a other appointment. She checked again and one popped up for October so I decided to go with that instead. After the appointment had been made, i said thank you very much and sorry again. Her response was unacceptable, especially for front desk/​customer service. She simply went «uhuh» and hung up. I had always admired the staff here and thought that they were really good at their job, but boy was I wrong about Julie. I am a patient. I pay for things to get done. I dont get them free. Treat me with respect and kindness is all i ask, especially when you have no idea about the circumstances i am having to deal with. THIS WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED, when I come in to see the doctor, I will bring this up to him and make sure he knows that Julie needs some lessons in being pleasant and compassionate. I mean, really, for Christ sake — why is she in customer service if she has no tolerance? People get sick, things happen. In my case I just had really bad luck and have been sick on and off for months now.

My wife and I are pretty picky about dentists. We’ve been fortunate to have some great ones over the years, as well as a few mediocre ones (that we didn’t stay with for long). Dr. Don-​Sing and his staff are definitely top notch. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Dr Sing and his entire staff are a joy to work with. They are always warm and welcoming. The service from top to bottom is excellent, professional, yet personal. Everyone is highly competent, from scheduling to appointment reminders to bookkeeping to clear explanations and discussions about my dental health and care to excellent treatment. Referrals to specialists have always been to great people. When I’ve needed urgent attention I’ve always been fit in right away. I can’t imagine ever going to another dentist or office. I actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Dr. Sing and his staff definitely raise the bar when it comes to excellent, above and beyond, customer service and thoroughness. Unlike most doctors and dentists, Dr. Sing took the time to educate me and review the plan for my implant process. Since the work required for my teeth involves other dentists, he took the time to discuss options with an Orthodontist, a surgeon and is coordinating the entire complex process. He is meticulous, friendly and genuine, and his work is impeccable. His staff are highly professional the lovely. By far, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a medical professional’s office.

Gabriel Don-​Sing has been my primary dentist for the least ten years, and he is the best dentist I have ever seen, although my prior dentists have also been truly excellent. Dr. Don-​Sing is both an artist and a scientist. He is continuously learning and developing new dental techniques and did a spectacular restoration of some of my teeth using his latest methods. I would happily recommend Gabe to anyone.

It is not like any other dentist i’ve gone to thus far, i’m shocked on how painless everything was from the dental work to the paperwork i’d high recommend this location to anybody.
