Cucina Fresca

As far as any kinda of store bought pasta and sauces I pretty much turn up my nose (it’s all bachelor food right?). I’ve made an exception for this stuff. Red sauces –fuckin WHO CARES! I never order a red sauce when I get pasta out and buying red sauce is again –bachelor food right?-WRONG the smoked tomato sauce is unreal good! UNREAL… it’s sweet and smokey YUM YUM YUM! I kinda just want to eat it like it’s soup!
Also the pasta pappardelle is what I crave when I get those pasta carb cravings sooo good. That ANNNNND the the mac and cheese. It’s weird to say I haven’t had a better mac and cheese than this one that comes pre frozen, especially when people are all mac and cheese crazy lately. PEOPLE –GET CUCINA FRESCA MAC AND CHEESE ANY FLAVOR IT’S OFF THE CHAIN FOLKS! I haven’t had fresh amc and cheese that’s better which is weird and amazing. I just gained 10 pounds thinking about it and I love it so much I’m okay with that.
Okay. I’ve finally confessed my love for this store bought pasta. You need to find it and try it. OH I almost forgot –get the vodka cream sauce too! When I have it in the fridge I end up putting it on everything, sandwiches, egg dishes, vegis everything!
Where was I? Oh yes –I love this stuff. It’s like restaurant quality pasta and sauces –no joke. This is the only store bought pasta sauce I will buy, period. Go get it. Trust me.

I don’t eat a lot of pasta anymore, but when I do… this is it. Cucina Fresca makes the best fresh pasta and some truly amazing sauces. The pasta is cut using bronze dies which I think makes a huge difference. Seriously, it’s so much more flavorful than dry, and the sauces are bright and just plain delicious — get some soon and you’ll see what I mean. I’d love to hear what you all think; me, I’m a convert!
