My invisalign experience with Dr. Knudson was very good! He made sure everything was perfect and that I was completely happy with how my teeth turned out. The routine checkups were quick and thorough. When I needed additional retainers to get my teeth to where I wanted, there was no additional cost! Their multiple locations and flexible hours were a made it really easy to fit my work schedule. Plus, Kelsey was very helpful with scheduling and appointment reminders.

I didn’t realize getting my teeth straightened would be such an easy process. Dr. Knudson knew exactly what he was doing. He was efficient and friendly. It was simple to schedule my appointments, which were short and I never had to wait. Kelsey was wonderful at fielding my questions too and helped me feel confident and sure about the process. I’m one of those who arrived with a more challenging set of choppers than the average muggle. That’s translated to more work, more thought, more time, more energy than most providers would want to devote to the average person, which would likely cause them to be a bit judicious as to the time and energy that they’d want to devote to a special-​case set of pearly-​whites such as mine. That’s where Dr. Bob (that’s what people love to call him) comes in. I’ve been blown away by his continued devotion to getting this extra-​challenging mouth into great shape. It’s been a delightfully pleasant experience being treated by Dr. Knudson, from his clear concern and care for what’s best for me as a patient, to his affable and always upbeat (with some wry ironic perspective thrown in for good measure) personality and attitude. I came in skeptical at the beginning and at this point in time, when visiting his office it is probably the best daytime experience I have in any given week. Kelsey, who’s part of his family (daughter? grand-​daughter?) is also a delight and I always feel like I’m part of their extended family when dealing with either of them. He’s clearly a master at his skill-​set, but his self-​deprecating style belies the depth of his experience and knowledge. I too came via Groupon, also with some distrust, but it’s just been a great experience all the way.

I highly recommend clearly comfortable smiles. Family run, friendly business. They are very accommodating with their many locations and fast appointments. I also used the Groupon and my insurance, it worked great. Kelsey is great to work with and even held my baby while I saw Dr. Knudson.

Dr. Bob and his staff are amazing! Now my smile looks amazing. Dr. Bob walks you through the process, answers your questions and concerns to ensures you are satisfied through each step of the treatment. Kelsey is also very knowledge and answered my questions and concerns when I called the office as I went through the process– they are a great team. Great price and great results.

I like the staff, very friendly. But unfortunately invisalign didn’t leave me with my perfect smile. I feel as though Dr. Bob will recommend anyone for invisalign because I’ve had two other dentists since seeing him saying they would have never recommended invisalign for my specific case. I went through all my aligners and had a refinement plan where we took new impressions and I finished all of those trays, and my smile was still not where I wanted it to be. Then after all of that Dr. Bob discontinued my treatment and told me to get further dental work done and then we would go from there. When in the beginning he never told me any additional work would be required to reach my perfect smile. He didnt even specify what additional work needed to get done to finish the treatment and what that would entail. It left me hopeless and really disappointed. It honestly was a huge waste of time and money. Now I am having to pay for traditional metal braces when I already had invested $ 3,500 for invisalign and wasted over a year of my life into this. I am really not happy with the care I have recieved from this company. But I guess you get what you pay for. I’m excited to start my new journey with metal braces and know that I am now in good hands with an orthodontist who cares about my time, money, and most of all my smile. If you’re considering invisalign and have a complicating case get a second opinion. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Bob but I would recommend looking into Lund Orthodontics. They will take great care of you!

Highly recommended for the Invisalign treatment. Dr. Robert was very dedicated to my treatment and made sure I was pleased with my new smile while Kelsey was very friendly and helpful answering insurance questions and following up on my visits.

I see Dr. Bob in Bellevue, but you can see him in any of his many locations. This requires more patience w/​scheduling, but I feel like it keeps costs down. I paid $ 2999 total, but they use insurance and offer care credit (0% financing for a year plus, I think). I referred a friend and got a $ 25 gift card to Sbux (target and home depot available too, I think). If she does treatment – I also get a little $ knocked off some trays?
I am nearly done w/​my Invisalign treatment, and I am very happy and excited. Dr. Bob is a very busy man, but he knows his stuff as well. He listens to your feedback, but be sure to tell him what you may be worried with upfront and at each appointment. Dont feel like you’ve been blown off when your appt is 10 – 15 min, because all the work is done w/​you and wearing the dang trays! We are working on moving one last stubborn tooth into place and he is working with me on it, instead of brushing off my concerns. Perfection is what we paid for, right? He agrees and will get it done.
Kelsey, the receptionist/​his daughter is AMAZING. She remembers EVERYONE’S names, professions, details well above and beyond any other that I have ever met. I truly feel taken care of and someone they care about whenever I see Kelsey. It’s really wonderful to find someone like her doing such an excellent job. Will miss seeing them when my smile is complete, but will be referring many to their services, since they are the best around and a great deal $$.

I started my Invisalign treatment in September 2013, maybe October… Not sure. And I have been loving it! So far so good. Super easy, super quick, super affordable. My total treatment was only $ 2999. I know right? Totally worth a new smile! Dr. Knudson is an elite premier Invisalign provider. So don’t worry, he’s got everything under control. If you ever have trouble making it to your dentist appointments, there’s more than one location so you can pick which ever is closer to you! I go to the one in Burien and my check ups tend to be pretty quick, just pick up my next set of aligners. I’m on my 14^th aligners and my friends and family have noticed my teeth getting better. Every 2 weeks you pop in a new pair which tightens and strengthens even more. I prefer invisaligns over braces because no one can hardly notice that I have braces! Duh. Great for both kids and adults. It’s easy for me to eat, floss, and brush my teeth because I can take em off and put em back on. I never had any cuts on my cheeks or gums from the aligners. I know traditional braces give you cuts. Nope, not these. All you have to do is wear them at least 22 hours a day, I mean that’s easy right? Go on with your day, take me off when you eat or brush your teeth, pop em in for bed. Done. I mean what else should I say? I am a happy customer. And I totally recommend invisaligns! When all orthodontists were quoting me $ 6500 for Invisalign treatment, I was able to start treatment for $ 2999 minus my insurance benefit with Clearly Comfortable Smiles and Dr. Bob Knudson! How? A GROUPON.
Normally, Groupons make me very skeptical of a business. How could the discount be over 50% off his competitors?
The reasons I went with Dr. Knudson were:
— Low cost due to innovative business model. Dr. Bob has an office in downtown Seattle, but also rents unused space in dentists’ offices in Bothell, Everett, Bellevue, Bellingham, and Burien. That way, he keeps his overhead costs low, while being available in several locations.
The trade-​off is that appointments in your location might be a week later based on their location schedule. He sees you every 2 aligners, so scheduling only needs to happen 5 or so times. The reduced price made a slightly longer treatment plan worth it to me!
— He’s an Invisalign Elite provider, meaning he’s in the Top 1% of # of procedures done in America. Granted, he’s a DDS and not an orthodontist, but my case was simple enough where a dentist was good enough for me! An orthodontist might be better for a complex case.
— After paying the Groupon price, his office billed my insurance and reimbursed me the full amount of my benefit.
I’m about to get my third aligner, 7 weeks in, and things are going well so far. «The Groupon Effect» meant I waited a month for my initial consultation, but it’s been prompt since then.
If you’re on the fence, I’d recommend the deal! His staff are nice, and the treatment is simple. Pop some plastic retainers in, take them out when eating/​drinking, brush them at night. I got a discreet slim neoprene retainer case to keep them in:
