I’ve been going to chipotle for years and was happy to see that this location open close to where I live. But every time I’ve gone there not only has a service been totally shit they’ve been out of half of their stuff. The other night I went there they had no mild salsa, no white rice, and no fajita mix left. By the way it was 730 at night not really super late that they should have an excuse for that. In all my years of going to chipotle at multiple locations in multiple states I have never once seen this. Every time I’ve gone there they have new employees and they suck at their job, not only do they have terrible customer service they can’t roll a Barito Worth a damn half the time they break it and no I’m not getting double meat so there’s no excuse for doing that. This place was just closed today because of multiple health violations avoid this place like the plague the Capitol Hill one is much better, service is better food is better and hopefully they don’t have the health violations that the Westlake location is having. Whoever the manager is they should be fired immediately clearly they suck at their job and should be ashamed of themselves. Here is the article. Get your shit together chipotle!

I eat her because it is non-gmo, quick, food is exceptional, and also they support local farms and non-gmo meats, and have grass fed beef which I’ve read does not contribute to the cause of diabetes. This place always seems to be improving as well. They have more choices and their Guaco is awesome. They will soon be eliminating canola Oil, –I hope(which is less healthy than coconut and olive oil). But Chipotle is definitely the healthiest fast food restaurant in existence.

Big fan of Chipotle in general so nothing but positives regarding the food. I arrived at 11:45 and it took 30 minutes to get through the line. The downtown location also gets slammed at lunch but they move people through six times faster. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

It pleases me to say that this Chipotle is a model Chipotle. Food hasn’t been under/over cooked, its really clean, and the staff is friendly. Everyone who has been to a Chipotle knows that the long lines have been clinically proved to cause depression and starvation. I haven’t seemed to run into a line long enough to hospitalize me yet. And no, I don’t go there at the odd hours of the day. It has been either around 1pm or 6pm, times I figured would be ungodly packed, and yet, I walk in and immediately order(yes almost unfathomable, I know). I guess Amazon workers eat breakfast at 2am and lunch at 10pm, who knows?!

I am huge chipotle fan; I’ve been to roughly 30 Chipotles around the country. This was by far the worst. The place has trash everywhere, the bathrooms are filthy, the workers are outright rude. I must note that we went on a weekend; so it was not their best moment. They are clearly cut out for the weekday work lunch crowd.

Not very impress with the burrito. I like the burrito to be hot and I do not mean spicy I mean like a hot meal. Theirs is more warm, and if the place is packed like almost all the time the burrito can be cold.

I like the variety of protein options they have here. Always a lot of employees here to keep the line moving fast. The dining area tables are typically dirty.

Tastes great but these burrito artist go wicked light on their portions. I’ve been tricked yet again by this chipotles skimping ways.

This Chipotle gets a ton of business during lunch time. As a result, the employees are more stingy with the amount of food they give you.

You know what you’re going to get. Consistency, decent flavor, semi-healthy, not ripped-off and nice customer service. Chipotle is a forget your lunch or don’t feel like cooking type of place. I’ve never been during the weekday lunch rush tho.

While out for lunch with a coworker, we came across Chipotle and thought it wasn’t an innocent enough choice. Ehhhhhh. We were greeted with a forty person line(that number isn’t even an exaggeration), and shuffled to the back awkwardly. I think it took about 15 – 20 minutes to get through the line. They did a good job, and I understand that this is a busy area, so I’m not sure why I was surprised at the length of the line. I don’t think they have that great of ventilation because I was holding back coughs and an itchy through the WHOLE time I was here… It was so smoky. My shirt still smells smoky and food-y… Bleck. I never smell like that when leaving a Chipotle! I also wasn’t too happy because when asked, «Black or Pinto beans,» I said, «Pinto please!» and the girl dumped hella black beans into my bowl… Like alright lol thanks, I was just joking around with ya when I said Pinto!!1!!1! In the end, the majority of the service was good and the food didn’t taste bad — regardless, I’m just not really a fan of this location.

This is a regular Chipotle — good, fresh ingredients and nicely sized portions. I gave this four stars because the line gets outrageous. However, the staff here are very nice and I am willing to wait in the line once in a while.

I’ve been going to Chipotle since early in their food tenure. I remember lining up outside St Marks place in NYC when they first opened a location and gave out free burritos all day. That was a life changing day. Chipotle has always been hearty and fresh. I’m glad to see things have not changed. Moving to Seattle, one thing I noticed about this location is the cheese. It definitely is different than the cheese served at Chipotle in NYC. Definitely a fresher element to it. The chicken has always been my favorite and they do not disappoint. Guacamole is expensive but very tasty. This location was slow when they first opened but now they churn out burritos and other orders almost as quick as locations in Manhattan. Not quite but getting there. Lines move quick BUT I definitely recommend ordering online in advance before picking up. You get to skip the line so there’s a pro tip for you there. Only tip I would give is the way they restock items in the food line should be done by the workers prepping it, not the guy who is working on your burrito. It only creates a bottleneck if a key part of the process goes absent for even 15 seconds.

Everyone pretty much has had Chipotle and the quality of the food at this location is the same as every other place I’ve had it. And if you haven’t had Chipotle, go nowwwww! My favourite thing to get is a steak rice bowl! Staff was friendly, made small talk. The restaurant itself is kept clean. Utensils always filled. Extra points that this place was walking distance from the hotel we were staying at.

This is not a review of the food, because everyone knows what Chipotle tastes like and it’s not going to vary that much from location to location. I actually usually prefer Qdoba to Chipotle, because I’ve been going to Qdobas for longer and they have free queso and guac. Nevertheless, if anyone is curious, my order is a salad with brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico de gallo+hot salsa+corn salsa, cheese, and sour cream. It’s been perfected over many years of Chipotle-eating. But I just want to say that this Chipotle in particular is great. This place gets overrun by amazon employees during the week and their lunch rush starts early and ends late. Even so, the staff here are really quick and keep the line moving, and are always friendly despite the craziness. They also give healthy helpings of the ingredients, which I definitely appreciate. Go SLU chipotle! If you eat in, which I have done a few times, the benches facing the windows are a nice place to sit and people-watch while you eat.

The Westlake location is in the heart of Amazon campus. The place is packed by 1130AM for lunch. The line can be long generally wrapping around the restaurant, but it moves fast. I have been there a couple of times for lunch and have not waited for more than 10 mins in line. The food is standard Chipotle — for the price a very reasonable meal in South Lake Union. 4 stars.

One of the most efficient chipotle restaurants I have ever seen. Its right next to the Amazon campus so definitely gets busy at lunch during the week, but it is staffed and well run to handle it. Nonetheless, if you can I would avoid going during the noon lunch hour(strive for 11:30) unless you want to wait in a line that goes out the door(moves fast though).

As is the case with the chain — the place offers good, reliable no frills Mexican food option in South Lake Union. The options in the menu are straightforward and the options you would expect. At around lunch time kudos to the Amazon herd a snaking line builds us inside. Long story short avoid the place between 11:30 to 12:45 in the afternoon unless you are really craving for a chipotle fix. Credit to the place the line does move fast — thanks to the well rehearsed assembly line. On the menu I like the — tofu, and chicken options in a bowl the best. The burrito ends up being too much for me and the tacos too little. The staff are friendly, patient and don’t rush you through your order. The ambiance is airy with a lot of natural light.

This Chipotle is just an extension of the Amazon campus… just kidding! I mean… it might as well be. If you’re trying to eat here on any weekday between 11:30 and 1:00, good luck! So yes, the lunch rush is madness, but out of other Chipotle’s I’ve visited(and there have been many), they handle it very well. Tip: Order ahead if you can so you can skip the 20 – 30 minute wait in line. When you can look past the crowd, you’ll realize this Chipotle has very cool, contemporary décor and quite a lot of seating. I like the open air, high ceiling feeling, it fits in with this part of South Lake Union. Regardless of the hype and location of this particular restaurant, you can rely on the same good taste and food options. I’ll always be a fan!

Convenient location, very clean and modern, and has a good amount of seating for a group of any size. Not an abundant amount of parking, but if needed can be found along Westlake. They have beer and guac. What else does one really need?
