They showed up when they said they would, picked up everything and even cleaned up. Their hauler is not the most impressive, but they get the job done at a good price.

I called on a friday to remove some construction debris for saturday, I was disappointed to hear they do not work on saturday.
however I set up the appointment for sunday between 11 – 12. they were 10 min late but did call me to inform me of there status.
I tried to get a quote over the phone, Edwin told me his minimum was $ 100 and told me it’s almost impossible to get an actual assessment without seeing the material in person. they charged me $ 220 altogether had it done in a half hour. I wish it would of costed less but I could never of hauled that stuff out by myself, and driving to the dump plus borrowing a friends truck would of taken the entire day.
oh yeah-​they took some extra stuff after they wer done that wasn’t on the original quote.
It sucked to have to pay to get rid of useless stuff but I felt like they worked with me!

I had the same problem as others I see. We are a company that periodically needs to hall away old furniture. I found this company on Craigs List. I texted with the company several times explaining we are on the 2^nd floor with an elevator and the 3^rd floor. We had 4 desks to remove 1 on th 3^rd floor. They quoted me $ 175. max. they get here, they are here for 15 min. tell an employee they can’t do the removal for less than $ 300.00. I get a text telling me because of «Concentration of weight & the logistical distance» WTH? So short story, the guy calls me and tells me I spoke to a different person who quoted the wrong price and now $ 300. I hung up. This we have found is such a standard practice with thes removal companies. Clearly I should have checked Unilocal.Beware! This is a very poorly run operation, if not a little shady.

False advertising on craigslist. They claim they charge by weight however the clearly do not and come up with random prices. They also go through your stuff before they give you a bid to see if they can charge you for taking it away and then sell it.

Edwin and his helper were fantastic. yes, a bit late. but they did call within the original «window» and did arrive when they said they would. they carted my mom’s sofa bed (really heavy) out of her downtown apartment as if it were BRAND NEW!- not it’s actual age of 27 years. they were extremely respectful of the apartment, hallways and elevator. i just wish i had some bottled juice or water to offer them. a lot of hefting and sweating (yes, one of those hot seattle days) and they were as friendly and efficient as you could imagine. i passed their number around to a few friends in seattle that needed future hauling. and i would call them again anytime! just a couple of hard-​working guys trying to make a living. give them some slack on the LATE thing. they do not just slam stuff around to get the job done quickly. and the traffic situation has gotten INSANE. call them– or DO IT YOURSELF!

The two guys showed up late, but had the courtesy to call to let me know they were running behind schedule. They were very polite and friendly when they got here, taking 10 minutes to look through my pile of wood before telling me they could haul it away for $ 240. That was more than I was expecting, so I asked about the weight-​based fees they were advertising. They said that wasn’t how they worked and asked me how they were supposed to weigh everything. How should I know? They tried dropping the price to $ 200, but I said no. They left without getting pushy.

I eventually borrowed a pickup and hauled my junk to the transfer station by myself. It weighed 480lbs and cost $ 34.80. However, I would have gladly paid their advertised price of $ 120 if they had been honest.
I might have given them a slightly higher rating because of their courtesy, but on their way out they left the gate open and my dogs escaped. Fortunately a neighbor grabbed them before they got into traffic.

Super nice. Right on time. Fast and efficient removal of my junk heap at a reasonable price. Be sure to have cash, as it is their preferred payment.

They never showed up. I called to ask when they were going to show and said they would call me back in 5 minutes but I never heard back from them.

Let’s get the bad out of the way: They were a little late. Like, an hour. However! They called during the original window to tell me that Blue Angels-​related traffic issues made them late and they would be here between 2:00 and 2:30. I think they handled it really well — Seafair traffic gets the best of all of us.
They arrived with a large, red van and I immediately, skeptically questioned their ability to fit all of my junk in their van. Skepticism unwarranted, it seems, they fit all of my stuff in with all of the stuff they already had — for a price that’s much, much lower than any other junk hauling service I’ve found. No extra charge for large items, either. Definitely recommended — I know I’ll be keeping their number around in case I need anything else carted away.

I had an estimate scheduled for sometime between 11 — 1 — so I spent this portion of my day on my 3 day weekend at home waiting for the call telling me they were on the way. Shortly past 1, I called to confirm that we were still on. At that time, I was told one of their workers was injured that morning and they couldn’t make it until Tuesday. If I had been called this morning and given a little notice, I would have been totally understanding. As it is, I am definitely not pleased with having to sit around and wait and not be given the option to look elsewhere. I will not be calling these guys in the future!
