The owner/clerk is very very nice, however she once lost my item(found it the following week) and the place is very dirty and very disorganized. Normally at a dry cleaner you go in and walk out with your clothing. Here, I frequently found myself waiting while the clerk went around looking for my clothes, piece, by, piece. Prices are not posted, but it was about $ 6.50 for men’s pants and $ 2.00 per shirt. I think unless this is the most convenient place for you, I would look elsewhere.

Have come to this business a few times now and I just can’t do it any more. The lady I spoke with here is pleasant enough, but needs to address some very dire issues. First of all, they claim to do alterations, but there was no place to change for the customers, so I had to awkwardly change in a back corner. Then, I was told it would be done on Friday, but wasn’t able to return until about a week later, they STILL didn’t have my pants back. She told me to come back in an hour!!! I know she felt bad, but in this case, two strikes is out for me. It’s pricey, inconvenient and they are just not on top of their game.

Not a bad cleaner. I actually really like it. There is a super friendly/sweet Asian woman who always welcomes me. I think she is the shop owner. She is always really pleasant. There is plenty of parking outside so it is convenient to drop off dry cleaning. The cost of laundering dress shirts is pretty cheap. I like to take my husband’s dress shirts here whenever he needs them laundered. It beats needing to iron all those shirts myself. The cost of dry cleaning a jacket or coat is fairly expensive. It was about $ 20+ to dry clean a wool coat. I know drying cleaning coats are usually pretty expensive but I wish they had some kind of discount for regulars.

I dropped off $ 50 worth of clothes there a month ago and one pair of my pants needed some work done, which she said would take a week. I stopped in 3 weeks later and she looked flustered, saying they would be ready in 2 more days. I called a week after that and they still weren’t ready and then asked if she would clean a pair or my pants for free for making me wait and she declined. We will see how the pants look tomorrow but I haven’t liked my experience so far.

Got two pairs of pants shortened here. They did a great job and the price was on par with other dry cleaners. Friendly staff. Recommended.
