If you’re looking for a shorter line, faster service and better coffee spot other than Starbucks, go to Caffe Vita. It’s located in C Terminal right between Butter London and Beecher’s. The staff here is extremely friendly(versus the rude ones at Starbucks in central terminal). They’re also helpful and make good recommendations if you’re wondering what to order.

If you want a good coffee before your flight then take the time to walk to Caffe Vita which is at the start of the C gates. They make fantastic and strong coffee. Their 8oz coffees come with two shots versus the normal 1 shot you get elsewhere in a 12oz. They also are a local Seattle business! They have pastries, fruit, and bars to go. If you are hungry, they are connected to beechers which has fabulous food especially the grilled cheese and their Aztec salad.

Best damn coffee I’ve ever had at an airport. And that’s saying a lot. I’m very picky about my coffee and don’t drink terrible stuff they serve at Starbucks and other chains. They also have a lot of organic food and healthy snacks. Wish I could find more options like these at other airports.

By far the FASTEST coffee option in SeaTac, and the fact that it’s really really good coffee is fantastic. Courteous and upbeat staff as well and that’s not the easiest thing to have with airport food service teams. Also being right next door to Beecher’s definitely helps!

Super friendly, upbeat staff. I can’t speak for the coffee, but the chai was meh at best. What is it with these watered down, spiceless«teas?!» Ugh. I’ll be making a pitcher when I get home just so I can remember what chai is supposed to taste like. Lots of fresh ginger, green cardamom pods, anise, cinnamon sticks, peppercorns, etc.

Last oasis of awesome Seattle coffee before you travel elsewhere! It’s becoming a ritual to stop here for a coffee before flying or for last min gifts of coffee beans bags or beechers cheese for friends and family. Everyone who serves coffee is friendly(like in all Vita places) — very unlike some of the other airport experiences :) Definitely stop by — highly recommended!

Yes good just plain coffee. You might walk past it in the C concourse so I have included a picture. Quick and friendly.

Excellent coffee! Café Vita surpasses my expectations of airport coffee and can hold its own in a city known for superior brewing. When flying through Seattle this is always my go-to spot; a little bit of luxury while traveling. They are connected to Beecher’s which sells an assortment of cheese, chocolate and sandwiches. Tip: the line can get long. If you have a quick layover that’s not at a nearby gate, I’d select another option.

Best coffee joint at Seatac! Skip the fancy dilettante’s, usual Starbuck’s & indulge here. Service is a bit slower, so give yourself some time. It’s also right next to Beecher’s, the best spot for breakfast or lunch at Seatac!

It doesn’t get better than this at an airport. I expect fast food, not a full on bakery /serious coffee shop in the middle of the airport. I got the french onion soup, which was delicious! Get it!

Good coffee. Ordered A cappuccino and mocha latte. Both were made with whole milk(yum!) and not sweet as Starbucks — which let me actually taste the coffee and milk. Mocha was very mildly chocolaty and sweet. Liked it :)

Cold-brewed iced coffee(done right, not hot-brewed and iced down) at the airport will always get an A+++ from me. Customer service was great which is an added bonus. Beats the hell out of Starbucks. Picked up some beans for my trip back, and they were also amazing. I look forward to returning when I fly through SeaTac again.

I’ve been a regular since this location opened and it’s time to show them some love on Unilocal.Short version: best coffee at Seatac. It’s not push-button espresso… they have standards and training and it shows in the quality of their beverages. Staff is consistent and friendly. Also, you can pay for an excellent to-go salad or wrap from the Beechers fridge with your coffee. I like the Aztec Trinity Salad. Again, a true gem at SEA.

Best coffee spot at Seatac airport, right across from gate C2.

Absolutely delicious, my one wish is that this caffe was also in Maryland! I had the vanilla almond milk cappuccino and it was amazing, I’m usually disappointed with most cappuccinos not having the right amount of foam but this was perfect. I will be back my next trip to Seattle.

Move over SBs. Finally, good coffee at the airport! Herein resides a crafted cappuccino from a real barista from a real Seattle coffee roaster. Two espresso shots are standard in 8 oz and 12 oz drinks. If you care more about your coffee than the loyalty program then you’ll savor your caffeine here.

Local coffee and cheese place that basically kicked Starbucks ass in their local market. By coincidence the cheese place is located about 500 feet down in the pike place market from Starbucks store 1. Great local alternative to Starbucks and dunkin

Every week I travel out of the C gates at SEA-TAC and I so looked forward to my 12oz Americano from Café Vita. Then one day last week on a return flight I stopped for a cup and it looked and tasted week. The barista assured me it was the same double shot 12 oz they have always served. Ask my wife how obsessed I am about this coffee… I admire the rich dark color which is rarely seen… I savor the first sip as I scowl walking past the C gate Starbucks location. I’m not a barista but what this person described to me looked more like a long shot than a double. Needless to say it’s not the same and it was kind of insulting that she insisted I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Best coffee I’ve had in this airport. Yes, there’s a Starbucks every three gates. But take a hike and check this place out. The barista really knows how to pull a shot, and the latte art was adorable(I love you, too!) You can also pay for your cheese curds from Beecher’s here. I’ll be back whenever I can make it over here, you can count on that!

Earlier this month, Beecher’s opened up at SeaTac Airport in Concourse C. In addition to bringing their famous cheese, they brought Caffé Vita to the facility as well. Caffé Vita is one of my favorite Seattle coffee chains so this made me happy to hear. This location is pretty much a coffee stand in which you can find Caffé Vita drinks, pastries and bags of their coffee. Got a 12 oz. latte($ 3.20) which tasted immensely better than the lattes at Starbucks which taste somewhat watered down and you can hardly taste the coffee. The latte here is bold and the flavor of the coffee is evident just like it should be. I am glad Caffé Vita opened at SeaTac. This is going to be the coffee place I will go to for lattes on future visits. Though Dilettante is still for me the place for mochas.
