Very friendly, very competent. Modern equipment; X-​ray is low-​dose.
He uses CEREC crowns, made while you wait. Why on earth would anyone use a metal crown anymore?

So like pretty much everyone, I dread going to the dentist. But going to Dr. Brenner’s office is not bad (and I mean that in the best way). First off, the reception staff is so nice and friendly, especially April. On my first visit last year when I had just moved to Seattle and hadn’t been to LQA yet, I could not find the office for the life of me. I called in a panic and April left the office to come find me. I was so embarrassed and she could not have been nicer about the whole thing. Every dental hygienist I have visited has given me a great cleaning, with minimal face touching (my particular phobia) and water splashing. The technology is very advanced — you can see pictures of your teeth on an iPad so the doctor can talk you through any issues. And Dr. Brenner is great. I am terrified of getting dental work done and he has a wonderful and patient bedside manner. He is very honest about any work you may need and when you need to do it. The staff consistently contacts your insurance for the amount you would owe on any dental work so you know your portion of the bill before the work is done. And I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my visit. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the office to visit.

I am a huge baby when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Brenner is so easy going that he put me at ease right away. I have been a patient now for about 2 years and for once, I never dread going! He recently did some crown work for me. They are able to create the crowns right there in the office, so no need for a temporary crown, delays, and additional visits. We got it all done in one visit.
I also find them to be honest in their billing. They called to let me know that after insurance settled, I had actually overpaid them by $ 56. They sent me a refund check that same week. Their staff is always friendly, smiling, and accommodating. When I arrive for an appointment, I am never kept waiting for long.

Very nice office, the waiting area furniture and décor are top notch. Doctor Brenner fixed my chipped front crown in a day. Took a bit more time than we expected, due to unforeseen circumstances. This was my first visit to the office and will be making him our family dentist. The 20 minute teeth whitening was worth the payment made and the offices use of up to date technology is not cheap.
The staff here are good people. Keep up the good work and thanks for opening a great office in town.

I worked with Dr. Brenner to fill in as his assistant a handful of days while his temp had to take some time off. It was such a great experience! All the staff were so friendly and nice. It was a wonderful enviorment to work in. Dr. Brenner is so pleasant to work with. These are the times that make me really enjoy what I do. I also got to be a patient and experience the in office whitening treatment they offer. It was short and sweet, inexpensive compared to most out there, and the results were great! I would definately recommend any person to become a patient here they sure will take good care of you!

Dr. Brenner and his staff were extremely nice. I would have totally been back to see him if it wasn’t for a second opinion I received from another dentist .
My husband was told he needed over $ 4300 worth of fillings. We couldn’t afford that right away and we don’t have dental insurance so we went to see the dentist he had been seeing for 21 years in Arizona before moving to Seattle to get some of the work done, since that dentist would allow us to make payments. While seeing that dentist, he redid the exam and xrays, and found only 1 cavity, and another one that was beginning to form and would need to be filled within the next 1 – 2 years. The total cost to fill the single cavity was $ 135. We provided him with records from Dr. Brenner too, just to be sure he had all the info on the problems Dr. Brenner found. He completely disagreed with Dr. Brenner’s estimate and told us we should probably find a new dentist in Seattle.

I have been seeing Dr. Brenner since he moved to the area. He’s so friendly and thorough. My husband is now seeing him too and last week I brought my 3 yr old for his first visit. He talked my son through everything, showed him the different tools and even gave him a great cleaning. My son smiled the whole time and wanted to go back the next day.
Even though we don’t live or work near his office anymore, my whole family will continue to see him and his wonderful staff. It’s worth the extra drive to have a dentist you trust.

I am honestly shocked that anyone could give Dr. Brenner anything other than 5 stars unless there was a personal agenda. This is hands down one of the more honest, authentic dentists I have ever known. It is rare these days to find someone whose first and only concern is your health. From start to finish you feel as though he is looking out for your best interest. There is VERY clear communication and a very family friendly environment. I live in Magnolia and am willing to go the distance for this kind of experience.

This dentist’s office wants your money, end of story! After all of my years of getting stellar reviews on my teeth, I came to this White Center office where they attempted to shock and scare me into spending buku bucks. The hygienist had an elaborate sales pitch telling me how horrible I’d been to my teeth and how we needed to do a lot of work. I was told that if we don’t do this now, you’ll need root canals and will be in big trouble. The dentist came in (he was the good cop in the good cop/​bad cop routine) for the ‘trust me I’m a doctor’ part of the dog and pony show. Then, its the receptionist’s turn to close the deal. The whole thing felt a little fishy, so I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. Lo and behold, the other dentist gave me a clean bill of health w/​a ‘your teeth look great!’ Apparently, all the work Brenner’s office told me I had to do was more scam than «health care.» I will NOT be back, STAY AWAY!!!

This dentist took over when Dr. Lockett retired. I’ve been to him twice so far and he’s really great! The office is very friendly and clean, the hygienists are good, and Dr. Brenner explains things very well and is really nice. Also, they don’t try to over-​sell procedures like some other dentists do. Highly recommended!

A big THANK YOU to Dr Brenner for completing my son’s very first dental check-​up. I felt completely at ease at Dr Brenners office, and found his staff to be super friendly. Dr Brenner was patient, warm, knowledgeable, and offered much information regarding my toddler’s teeth. I was able to ask him many questions and was totally satisfied with our experience there. I like how he asked my son questions and interacted with my son. They have EZ parking in a parking lot, clean waiting room, toys for kids to play with while waiting, and private exam rooms.

I’m a new patient. I loved my old dentist and was reluctant to switch but it got to be too far. I have been impressed with Dr. Brenner and his staff. Friendly, courteous, professional, and does good work. Pretty much everything you could want!

I would highly recommend Dr. Brenner — you will find his office clean and welcoming, and his staff professional and warm and friendly. Dr. Brenner is detail oriented and takes the time to understand his patients’ concerns. He makes «going to the dentist» as pleasurable as possible.
