This is my second apartment since living in Seattle, and I love it! Hardwood floors, floor-​to-​ceiling windows, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, walk-​in closet… how could it get any better? Also, the building manager, Lynette, is awesome and extremely helpful. If you work downtown, you can easily walk to work in less than 15 minutes. So convenient!
The only downside is few amenities in the building, but that’s okay. The rent was also the main reason for moving in — one of best, least expensive places in and around downtown Seattle. I definitely recommend it!!!
