I always look forward to getting some burgers from here on a quick lunch break. The ladies are always incredibly nice and welcoming. Great menu and pleasant restaurant. Sure seems like it’s going to beat getting a greasy bag of Dick’s. However, it’s not. I end up tossing my burger, hoping to fill up on fries. Every damn time my food comes out wrong and I’m already back at work. For the love of all that is holy, quit putting excessive mayo on burgers. I always request no mayo and every damn time it has runny mayo seeping through every last bit of my food. It’s so excessive wiping it off is not an option. If I ever manage to get a correct order and can finish my sandwich I could potentially recommend this place to other people. If you’re down with mayo, you’re in the clear, but what are you doing putting mayo on a burger in the first place!!!

The overall ambience of this place was casual and nice, I built my own chicken burger and was a little disappointed. The chicken was too chewy as well as the ciabatta break. However, the garlic Parmesan fries were really good and the people were pretty nice. Probably wouldn’t come back but not the worst burger I’ve had.

I’m giving 1 lonely little star, because they have Malts. Not very good Malts, but my blood sugar was low, so I was grateful. I ordered the Chicken Strips and they were Weird, Naked and Poorly Flavored. They were, however, cooked well, extremely moist and juicy. But they were still inedible because of the strange flavor. I also ordered the Half & Half(a small portion of hand cut fries and onion rings), I can’t give them a Fair review, because they held my food so it could come out with the shake. The food was ready right away, the shake took a little over 10 minutes, so by the time the onion rings got to me, they were luke warm, soggy and mushy and the fries were cold, dry and barely salted. Yuck! It was SOBAD, that I threw it away after 2 – 3 bites and drank ½ the shake. So, in summary, I paid about $ 16($ 20 with tip) for ½ a Malt and a couple bites of REALLYBAD Food. It’s a shame, I’ve looked at their website many times and everything looks so good! I really wanted to like it. :(

This place went down hill. They hired ghetto ratchet people who don’t offer any fries or drinks. Over cooked burnt bacon. Nasty. Never coming here again. Hope they replace this with new ownership or a new restaurant

Came in tonight, ordered a blue moon beer to go with my burger. Lady at counter was very very unprofessional(she seemed off) just could not do the math on my ID, date was clearly there… Anyway, saw her pour from the blue moon tap, but that is NOT what I got. What I got was some watered down I don’t even know? Water mixed with Coors light maybe? Burger was not worth the price. Paid $ 20 for thin patty, tots and«beer» Save your money and time, go to Red Mill or 8oz. I’m not sure what was up with last night. I’m looking through the pictures of the burgers posted by other users, and they do not look even close to the burger I got.

Pretty sad overall experience at our first visit to Blue Moon. We specifically came to get their gluten free bun burger and, several minutes after ordering and paying, were told they were out of gf buns. So, we accepted the lettuce wrap instead and then while we waited for our food, watched the front staff be rude to other customers, move the stack of used trays with a sign that said«dirty trays» and move them directly to the food serving area and put our food on one of them without cleaning them, watched the front staff sit on the food prep counters, generally goof off, etc. The place was pretty dirty, too along with dirty bathrooms. Yuck. We’ll never be back.

This place is worth the stop if you’re out here, but I wouldn’t make a journey for them. The burgers were good but nothing out of this world. First step inside and you are faced with their menu on the wall. When we ordered, the cashier woman wasn’t the nicest. The other cashier seemed friendly though. I guess service here is a hit or miss. I got a blue mushroom burger which is basically a bacon mushroom and bleu cheese burger, with a side of tater tots. for two burgers and our side, it came out to be about $ 10 which is not bad at all! I was surprised with how cheap it was. When we finally got our food, I realized why it wasn’t so pricy… The meat patties are scrawny! and though the food was fairly good, it was, at the same time, underwhelming compared to other burger places I’ve been to. Definitely worth the stop though! I wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m in the area because the food is at such a good price.

I was very excited when I saw the menu to try this spot out. It should have been a warning when we asked about a burger in one of the photos on the wall and they said it isn’t sold here, then after ordering we saw the burger of the month was the one pictured. Our cashier had to relay every single question about the menu to the kitchen and had no clue what any of the menu items had on them. When our order arrived, they had given me the completely wrong burger(someone else’s) order. My partner ate hers and the patty was extremely over cooked, a hard puck. Several other orders came out… but not my burger. 20 minutes later and I decided to write this review, and still no burger. Avoid this place at all costs, it’s incredibly overpriced for horrible service and bad quality.

Ugh I felt like a burger and I remembered they had a great mini burger the one other time I had been there. No mini burger to be found on the menu. No problem I’ll take a cheeseburger. Side of the month was cheese curds so I said sure why not. I was slightly annoyed their signs did not have prices for the monthly specials. When I got my bill I was much more annoyed. The side cost just as much as my burger ! The curds came with house made sauce. No good, thin and flavorless. The cheeseburger was also underwhelming. The pattie was not only over cooked but tasted like it could have been frozen(hopefully not but certainly tasted like it). Honestly should have just gone to Dicks. Signage in the restaurant was terrible. Customer service wasn’t bad but not good either. The gentleman just seemed too disinterested. I honestly wanted to like you but very disappointed Sorry

Five stars for Gfreejoy! I seize the opportunity each time I’m in Seattle, to stop in and eat a burger and an order of half fries, half gluten free onion rings. When you’re on a restricted diet due to digestive health concerns, it sure is great to eat with abandonment occasionally, and It’s even better when the eats are so tasty! Yes, there’s always a chance of ‘cross contamination’ depending how fussy your system is, but I’m pretty sure I haven’t had any problems from Blue Moon. The counter service has always been helpful and friendly, so they don’t frown when you ask questions and the menu on the wall states GLUTENFREE, so that makes it easier. Last time I ordered, I forgot to tell them I can’t eat dairy, either. They were very kind to remake the burger with out the cheese. Blue Moon is just my Seattle happy place.

The Seattle burger quest continues, this time just up the road to Blue Moon Burger. I wasn’t terribly impressed but it had a few good aspects. The long and short of it: 1. Burgers. Blue Moon seems to be another burger joint that try’s to sell its burgers via toppings. While all of the toppings on my Diablo Azul were fresh(fresh jalapeños, yay!) and the bun was hearty, the burger itself was thin and lacking in flavor. They don’t ask how you want your burger cooked, as there’s no way to get such a thin patty less than medium. It was tasty but not what I was looking for. 2. Options. The redeeming aspect of the burger experience. Weather it’s burgers, fries or shakes, they have a ton of toppings/varieties to choose from. Be as picky as you like. 3. Fries. The fries were below average. I had the garlic and Parmesan fries, which sound delicious, but were on the bland and soggy side. 4. Service. The food came out fast, but they got our order wrong(it happens, usually I wouldn’t mention it here but from reading other reviews this is really common here). They apologized and got my correct burger out quickly. 5. Price. It’s a bit cheaper than other burger joints, but still overpriced for what you get in my opinion. I don’t see myself coming back here for any other reason than its proximity to me. Blue Moon wasn’t bad per se, it just wasn’t good and there are better options on Broadway. Overall Grade: C

This place is mediocre. The atmosphere makes you feel rushed and the burgers taste like they were cooked from frozen. The gluten free bun is HORRIBLE and tastes like feet — awful! My partner got tater tots and they were totally bland. Probably won’t come here again, but it was worth a shot on a Wednesday since burgers were half priced with a side. Spend a little more and go to 8 oz instead. 3 stars only because of the price and friendly service.

I come here every month or so. Burgers are usually pretty good, but the quality at this location has gone completely downhill. I came in today and ordered one of my favorites: the Blue Shroom. I sat down, got some water, and before I knew it my burger was there. I thought«Excellent, fast service»…then I bit into it. The toppings and sauce were good, the usual mushroomy goodness, but the burger itself was a hard, dry hockey puck. I’d be willing to bet it’d been sitting on the grill long before I got here. Burgers here used to be fresh, juicy, and delicious, but the last few times here I’ve had really bad burgers for such high high prices. Go to the DeLuxe or Lil Woodies and you’ll get something better.

I ordered through postmates, like I always do. I ask for a well done burger, no Pink at all. What I got was a well RAW burger, with so much pink that it might as well be moo’ing and a waste of money. It didn’t help that postmates did get my order right. And now I am hungry, frustrated and out of $ 9 . I think I just won’t order burgers through a delivery service anymore. Don’t know if I will eat here again. I’m just really dissapointed.

Thankfully even though this is within walking distance of my house it’s far enough away I don’t stop here every night. Surely I’d have clogged arteries and an expanding waistline from the shakes, beers and gut-busting double-burgers. But I digress — tons of burger combos including«make your own», you can get your burger without a bun(don’t fill up on bread, Homer!), even have some good choices for kids(like grilled cheese, or plainer hamburgers). I am partial to the burger that has bacon, blue cheese and an egg on it. Not the healthiest of choices, but that’s now why I’m here. It’s not knock-your-socks off good, but that’s not what I’m looking for here. Just want a reliable, tasty burger joint with options like shakes, onion rings, etc. Plus they have a good selection of beers, including multiple local ones on tap.

«All of our burgers are sold a la carte» — said the nice cashier. Sad. Really open and fast restaurant, but prices are pricier for what you get. Self seating. Bought myself a vanilla shake and a code blue for around $ 16. Burger was juicy and thick, with peanut butter and thick center cut bacon, double sliced sharp cheese, and two slices of hamburger patties. Don’t hate it until you try it. Shake wasn’t icy or frothy. Maybe it’s because it was such a hot day, but service is high speed. Took me less than 2 minutes to get that shake. Garage door was opened, lots of seating. Probably will come back to try the beechers specialty burger. With fries! Alcohol(beer) available. Weds ½ off burger with purchase of fries and drink. Will come then too!

Solid choice but not amazing. Here’s why: I love the options, GOD, I LOVEOPTIONS, but even when you add it all on and get all the bells, whistles, streamers and confetti, at the end of the day, it’s still just ‘really good’ I like the fries and the shakes are good but again, I often find I’m full and happy but not feeling like«DAMN, WHYDON’T I COMEHEREMOREOFTEN» yes, I yell in my head, it’s just how I feel about burgers. I’d say it’s a good family spot, that is one area they get down pat, my kiddo likes all the options and the seating is easy and plentiful. Love the big door that rolls up and gives you great people watching access. Still, I just like it, not LOVE it.

Liked the build your own burger options and enjoyed a burger with Swiss cheese & cherrywood smoked bacon. The brioche bun was a nice complement to the pairing. Of the order of half fries & onion rings, I preferred the fries as the breading on the onion rings was too heavy and not flavorful. Bonus if you have a Chinook Book as there is a coupon. While I waited for my food, there was a gal waiting for an interview. The person at the counter advised the hiring manager would be over a bit later than the scheduled start time. There was a woman who arrived speaking rather loudly and annoyingly in the restaurant a short time later, who ended up being the hiring manager. I thought it was very unprofessional to conduct a call in the restaurant instead of in a back office.

I live really close to here and always see the line out the door on Wednesdays(when they do their ½ off burgers when you buy a drink and a side too). The one time I went, I didn’t know why there was so much hype! Looooooong wait and overcooked burger. I’ve had way better fries and tots too. Been here a total of 2 or 3 times maybe because of convenience. Don’t expect much. #pass

I recommend everything that I got my last visit: –Code Blue burger –Strawberry malt shake –Waffle fries w/added garlic and Parmesan The code blue had peanut butter! I was hesitant but excited to try something different. It was surprisingly good and the components worked well together(red onion, bacon, cheese, peanut butter). The pb was a nice touch! The burger also had two patties, which were thick and juicy. It was a good size to share between two people. Strawberry shake was just YUM! Real fruit bits made it a perfect shake. The waffle fries were crisp and packed with flavor since we asked if we could have garlic and Parmesan added. I expected them to reject our request, but it was no big deal for them. Open seating and bus your own tables. Great place to satisfy your burger cravings.
