We have been going there for several years. Then last week we were charged on our account for cleaning $ 15.22.(This amount was correct.) Then on the very same day our credit card was charged $ 100.63. We called the bank to protest the amount as incorrect. We picked up a pair of slacks that we had forgotten and had pressed only two days ago. The charge was $ 329. Then our account was charged $ 147.85. We went immediately to the bank to dispute the amount. When I called the owner he said that the credit machine was having problems. It is very difficult to communicate with them as their English is so poor. Can I accuse them of fraud, of course not. But I sure can accuse them of lousy bookkeeping and I will never use their services again!

They have the right services and professions to serve and meet the customer needs. One time, I happened to stay in the area for annual friend’s gathering, and experienced the service here for my suits, and still sticking with this store for over 3 years on all seasonal cleanings for whole family. Wish this cleaner is closer to my home or work! I hope everyone also could be able to get the same trusted/professional services as I always got from Best Cleaners over 3 years. They truly deserved the name value of being ‘Best Cleaners’. Thanks to the owner and friendly staffs. :)

Horrific customer service after they ruined my dress. Here’s the story: I got a stain on a dress. I tried two home remedies to remove the stain in the washer(which is how the tag on the dress told me to ash it) without success. I took the dress to the dry cleaners near my apartment to see if they could fix it. I explained this to the man at the front desk and showed him the stains. He marked them with red stickers and I left. A few days later I received a call saying that there was a tear in the dress that they could fix for $ 5. I asked them not to and let them know I would be in to pick it up. When I went in they showed me that the dress had a tear right by the stain where a sticker was placed. The owner tried to tell me that the tear was not their fault and refused to take any responsibility and actually called me a liar. I was willing to accept that this tear was caused on accident but they would not even admit that.
