Bennie is definitely a Seattle insider, not an Eastside suit. She knows the flavor of every Seattle neighborhood, especially in the south end, and is great at perceiving what people want even when their preferences don’t fit neatly into the standard listing categories. She’s patient, and fun to chat with – which is important if you plan to spend a lot of time with your agent driving around looking at houses. We were very picky and she helped us find the perfect house. It’s been ten months since we moved in and we’re still completely excited about our purchase – even in the middle of this economic downturn.

I could not be happier with the service Benni provided while my husband and I were house hunting at the end of last summer. She was flexible to meet our schedule. She was aggressive on our behalf and really knew her stuff. When she did not know an answer to our questions, she found it and got back to us, fast. She really listened to what we were looking for, what our must haves and can haves were and helped us find the PERFECT house. We are truly happy and in love with our house and location.
I would definitely recommend Benni to a friend, in fact, I have!
