Incredible service, incredible custom-made meal, delicious glass of wine from Sardinia. Best baked eggplant marinara with linguini. I can’t wait to go back!

So I don’t know why all restaurants in Seattle are empty on Tuesday night but that’s what it is. I just stumbled into Bellini, the food is excellent and the service impeccable. Nice atmosphere although it was empty. Also good WiFi of it matters to anyone. Walking distance from the space needle.

Really enjoyed a weekend dinner at Bellini. They make their pasta, bread, sausage(and likely other items) fresh and onsite. Nice Belltown location and wonderful service(TY Ben!)!

When you’re driving around with your starving family on Christmas Day and nothing is open, you consider it an adventure and you go with what’s on offer. Today is was Italian food, and my expectations were low because we had Bellini, and then cheap chinese food to choose from. I guess Bellini decided to stay open because they felt like taking risks. They even brought in a classical guitarist for the day, probably partially because they half expected it to be totally dead. We walked in around 7pm and the place was PACKED. We got the last 4 top, right next to the guitarist, and stuffed our guts. With delicious food. They hand make their own gnocchi. I feel like that’s worth mentioning. I ordered the salmon but my mom definitely donated about half her plate of gnocchi to me after seeing how thrilled I was about it. So good. Don’t skip over this place. It’s legit. Not American Italian food, but like, the Real Deal.

My first trip to Seattle in almost a decade and I wasn’t disappointed. Still a great place for food. We visited Bellini on our second day and couldn’t have been more pleased. The atmosphere was amazing and the food delectable. I ordered the clams in a white sauce and my boyfriend had lasagna. Both were just amazing dishes and not heavy. Everything is made in house which is a real plus. Especially, for us, coming from the Bay Area, fresh is a must. What topped our night was the waitress She was a bubbly blonde from Florida. She made our visit super fun and enjoyable and had wonderful things to say about Seattle. Thanks for indulging us Bree, and for all the great info. We hope to see you again real soon.

This place has awesome Italian food and it has some stiff competition around it in Belltown. I don’t understand why its so empty even during dinner time. One of my favorite Italian dishes is the Chicken Marsala and this place doesn’t disappoint. It has so much flavor and portions are on the larger side but when you go with a guy they usually end up finish your plate so no leftovers for me –_– oh well. I also tried the seafood pasta(forgot what its called) and it was delish and had tons of seafood. They say they make their own pastas and everything they serve which is great. Its a 3 minute walk from my apt which is great. Also their desserts are good too, their crème brulee is smooth and not too sweet.

Get the spaghetti and meatballs! It’s delicious! Sounds simple but it’s so good. The meatballs are super flavorful and the sauce is tangy and has a bit of a kick. I also really like the crab bisque. Great neighborhood spot for homey Italian food.

Bellini is a homey Italian restaurant which really encompasses what Seattle has to offer. At 6pm on a weekday, this restaurant was empty despite being in the heart of Belltown. The owner or manager welcomed us warmly. Apparently they offer happy hour Monday — Friday 3−6pm but our waitress couldn’t provide us any additional details. * complimentary bread Toasted. Standard. Comes with olive oil. * Calamari Prepared grilled in tomato sauce and disappointingly bland and poorly executed. It was undercooked and chewy and in dire need of flavor. Any kind of flavor. * Briscetta Comes with 3 small squares on a paninied bread. It was unique and garlicky and very addictive. However pretty small portion size and barely enough for 2. * Spaghetti Vongole Homemade spaghetti with 8 clams. I counted. This was my favorite dish and came with ample garlic, butter and topped with some red chili pepper. Not the best I’ve had but it was tasty. * Wines Limited to low end Italian wines and wasn’t a fan of any of them — red and white. I think a good option only for those Italian winos out there. The lasagne smelled cheesy and delicious and I’ve heard they have live music on Fridays and weekends!

On our walk home from another restaurant we passed by Bellini and both my husband and I commented on how good it smelled. I mentioned to him that we should try Bellini out after our event the next day. We made reservations for 8:00 p.m. but got there early and they were able to seat us right away. We shared a Verdi salad, Spaghetti carbonara and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. My favorite was the spaghetti carbonara which was a special that night. Nice chucks of pancetta with their in-house made noodles cooked perfect al dente. The tiramisu is a must!

I have been on Unilocal for years and years now, but I’ve never been so compelled to review a restaurant. The food was brilliant. We had the parmigiana di melenzane and the Penne with a rosemary cream sauce. It was rich and comforting. We finished with some tirimisu and a almond liqueur torte. The sweet was not excessive, something a lot of my friends I appreciate. Food aside, if you’re looking for friendly service that makes you feel friendly and comfortable, this is a place to go. Overall exquisite, casual, romantic, and relaxing.

My 10 year old daughter says this is the best pizza ever. She got one slice of pizza and raved the whole time she ate it. She says it’s not deep dish.

Decided to try it out since it was walking distance from our hotel, and I was blown away. First of all, the service is excellent. Friendly and very attentive. There was live music which created a really nice ambiance. But what really made it was the food. It has been five months since we visited Seattle, and we are still searching for a place that has gnocchi this good. In fact, we loved it so much we came back the very next day and both ordered the gnocchi. The bruschetta was also delicious so I would also recommend that. But really it’s all about the gnocchi.

Great little place. The staff were all nice and helpful with the waitress/hostess being the star at customer service.(there was a male server who was good as well. Hate to sound sexist by not saying he was good too) I didn’t have dinner there but from the 4 happy hour items and dessert says they now how to do a good Italian meal. My only disappointment was the calamari, it wasn’t bad but it was squid in tomoto sauce and had nowhere the skills that the eggplant parmesan shows the chef had. The eggplant parm and the zucchini were simple dishes but flavored and made by someone that cared. I would suggest the meatball sliders be cut in half and served as open face sliders. They were too tall that taking a bite was awkward and going to cause a mess. I will be go back for a full meal.

I don’t know if I’m missing something because my friend and I both thought this Italian dinner was just ok. We started with some ok focaccia bread and balsamic. I ordered the penne with tomato cream sauce and crab meat. The portion was a little small but man was that dish heavy! Unfortunately, it was heavy in a stay in your stomach forever sort of way. My friend had a huge portion for her fettuccine with frutti di mare but she added a lot of salt because she felt it was very bland. Pros: super sweet waitress and the prices are much more reasonable than its neighbors.

I enjoyed a very nice dish of fresh pasta and clams and a glass of Pinot Grigio. In other words, a simple meal — the sort of thing that can be awful, or sublime. Fortunately we tilted to sublimity tonight. Given the season I also had to try the Caprese – Another dish that can be done poorly or very well. Again, a winner. Nice place for a simple well made meal.

This was the most amazing Italian place I probably have ever eaten at. It was quite empty for a Saturday night, which worked in our favor as we walk in and got promptly seated and attended to. The place is gorgeous with and open kitchen concept. I got a glass of prosseco and proceed to look at the menu. Everything sounded delicious so making a choice was very hard. I ended up ordering Pan fried Zucchini for appetizer, and the Veal Piccata as dinner. The Zucchini was spectacular, it was finished off with fresh cheese. The main start of the event was the veal. I sent my compliments to the chef, because every bite of that dish was glorious. The meat was tender and juicy and the sauce was so good I could have drank it. My friend order fettuccine with chicken and shrimp and she enjoy it a lot, she even comment on the fact the actual noodle which seems are made in house. For dessert I order the cannoli. The cream was really good, and rather than having the chocolate chips whole it was sort of blended with the cream and chop very small. It was fantastic! Overall a great meal, at a great price(for a glass of wine, appetizer, dinner, dessert and tip, I only ended up paying $ 46)

I had a dinner take out order of the Spaghetti e Vongole: spaghetti, manila clams, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, parsley and a dash of chili flakes(from their menu). There were no clams and no lemon(that I could taste). It was very plain, albeit still good. I’m not sure it was worth the $ 12 and I kind of regret not getting th spaghetti with meatballs. Service was fast and done well.

Why is this place not packed? Friendly service, 5 dollar happy hour wine, and easily the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu looks stellar, and the restaurant is casual. I wish I lived in Seattle so I could come back all the time. Do not miss this place. Seriously amazing.

Bridget and Gaby saved the day. Sweet, caring, lovely. I like the vibe, the open kitchen, the exposed ceiling, the industrial lighting. It’s homey, adorned with framed pictures, and a chandelier. The service and the ambiance is the least of the problems, nor the expansive wine menu. 1. Bruscetta($ 7.95) — wonderful soft yet crisp bread, topped with chopped tomato, basil, and a bit of vinegar. Nice.(4.0 stars) 2. Parmagiana di Melenzane($ 9.95) — as an appy, it’s eggplant marinara with cheese, folks. Good, but not great. This shouldn’t hold up the show.(3.5 stars) 3. Pollo Fettucine($ 14.95) — wonderful fresh fettuccine, with delicious chicken and sauce. Award winning.(5.0 stars) 4. Spaghetti with meatballs($ 13.95) — epic fail. Harder than al dente pasta, with hard meatballs. Chef Gabrielle was brought out from the kitchen, and our little conversation turned somewhat ugly and embarrassing. So much so, the chef went back to the kitchen, got two handfulls of raw pasta and insisted that I touch it, then left them on my table. Note to management: Chef shouldn’t be brought out to deal with complaints; he’s too emotional.(2.0 stars) Overall, nice place… just don’t order the spaghetti & meatballs.
