Rent is relatively inexpensive and the complex is quite decent; however, the lack of professionalism and customer service is very frustrating. I’ve reported some issues back in Feb that still have not been taken care of. On 4÷6÷16, they posted this generic note (see pic) on my door, and that’s the last I’ve heard from them.
ALWAYS have everything in writing and keep the copy. Britani, the office manager, often makes accounting mistakes and her words are not reliable. She’s unapologetic when you pointed out her mistakes, or may deny it. Don’t expect she will return your call; email will occasionally be responded after few days.
Don’t bother to go to the leasing office unless you have something EXTREMELY urgent that cannot wait. Britani is unbelievably rude and dismissive –eye rolling, make a face, continue having a «personal» phone conversation while you’re waiting in her office.

This complex is great until you have a problem. The woman who runs the leasing office was entirely dismissive — even actively unhelpful — when there were issues that came up. It’s cheap, but be aware that if you have any problems you will get no help resolving them.
