Ballard Property Maintenance

This group is the worst! Be forwarned that if you lease from them you will regret it everyday! I live in the Riviera apartments. They are the most unprofessional group I have had the misfortune of dealing with. You never get a response unless you are persistent and call them multiple times. Repairs, when they are done, are shotty and usually happen more than a 2 weeks from the time that you call. The building stinks and they have done nothing to fix it. The building is filthy and they have only been the management for the last year and it has already gone down hill so much in such a short time. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

These people are ridiculous!
They will call you at 7am to try to get into your apartment without an appointment. They will randomly knock on your door to do unscheduled work. They are also terrible at what they do, they installed a lock on my door incorrectly, so I had to reinstall it myself!
Last straw: Without ever trying to schedule an appointment, they entered my apartment while I wasn’t there and deemed it an «emergency entrance.» This was not an emergency, because they notified me about this problem over a month ago and could have easily scheduled an appointment.
I know this isn’t exactly a place you review, but these people are ridiculous. They don’t even have a phone number in which to reach them at, which is especially stupid because on this notice they write, «Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns.»
