AWE Studio Art With Everyone

Janet is a very dedicated and experienced teacher. She teaches all levels and ages and I could not ask for a better first art class experience. She draws from many methods and years of experience as an artist and teacher to provide an education in creating and in seeing through new eyes and interpreting what is being seen. I have been taking classes here for less than a year and am amazed at what I have brought home. Every class I take I am challenged and I have fun working on new skills.

A clean, safe, creative environment for any age to explore their imaginative boundaries through the visual arts. Janet is an kind, nurturing soul who knows how to cater to the individual’s background and experiences, to bring out the creative side in anyone. I LOVE taking classes with Janet at AWE Studio! It is so much fun and I look forward to each lesson. I’m amazed by the paintings that I’ve been able to create and the amazing way that Janet teaches. She is very encouraging and has some helpful techniques to bring out the inner creativity in everyone. My focus has been water color so far and I am a complete beginner with no true experience prior to signing up for these classes. Janet works wonders with artists of all ages and experience levels. I look forward to seeing the new paintings in her studio at each class. I highly recommend Janet as a instructor and the program as a whole.

My lessons are my favorite part of my week!
I started taking lessons a year and half ago as a beginner. I thought I had no talent or ability. I’ve found that I do have a lot of talent and ability. Janet has worked with me to help pull it out. She knows how to work with me to expand my ability and grow my confidence. She’s always encouraging. I’ve learned so much about my creative abilities and I have so much fun in my lessons with her. We try something new all the time and it keeps me engaged and always learning and having fun. She’s able to see when I need a challenging project and when I need something easier to just warm me up. I go every week and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. It truly is my favorite part of my week!
