Dr Auld is a true professional. Great bedside manner, kind, a fantastic listener. Genuinely concerned about you and what is best with the best recovery as his goal for you. He’s not going to push you in to surgery but encourage you to make the decision that’s best for you. I’ll never see anyone else for my knee or shoulder… Unless he retires.

I’ve had ACL surgery with Dr Auld and my husband rotator cuff surgery. Both of us came though with flying colors. His expertise and network of excellent physical therapists are the key to getting back into normal activities. My husband has also had filler injections in his knees to postpone knee replacements from Dr A. He is up on the latest techniques and you get top knotch care here. Came to him after a botched meniscus surgery at Virginia Mason Sports Med Clinic. They didn’t think I needed ACL surgery and Dr A had an MRI performed and found mine was totally disintegrated!

I had ACL surgery with Dr. Auld and I wish I had gone to another surgeon. He communication, especially concerning his nurse was very poor. I called right after my surgery because I had a question, and the nurse told me something that was completely incorrect. Then when I confronted her on it, a few days later, she was rude and arrogant. I think my surgery is OK, been over a year now, but the stress right after the surgery was not worth it. Dr. Auld was probable wonderful in his prime, but I am not sure he still should be doing operations.

I’ve been seeing Dr Auld for over 10 years. He did knee surgery for me about 9 years ago. He’s a super nice guy and knows what he is doing. His nurse Nancy is awesome too. I haven’t been to their new offices yet(he used to be in the Nordstrom tower). My only complaint from the years of going to him is he never ever runs on time(sometimes it was up to an hour wait) but he at least doesn’t make you feel rushed when you see him. As the other review mentioned he is the Dr. for the Seahawks too. If you have knee problems that may invovle having surgery I would recommend visiting Dr. Auld.
