I was hoping for a fresh cooked meal and what i received was a cold egg, cold bacon, ½ burnt and ½ soggy English muffin. I watched the pre Cooked food being served the same way I could of got at Japan restaurant next to Wendy’s for half the price

We had a few hours to kill before our flight, so decided to sit down for lunch as opposed to the food court. Anthony’s looked like a fun place, considering it was an airport restaurant, and was packed for lunch around 2:00 pm on Saturday. Their prices are on the expensive side. I ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos. The tacos tasted great, but the size of the Mahi Mahi was really small(see picture). Considering the price we paid, I would have expected a bit more substantial piece of fish.

They start serving lunch at 10:30am which was nice for us since it was 1:30EST and we were super hungry. The restaurant seating wraps around the side of the terminal and you can watch the plans take off which was pretty cool. Our food was pretty good. I got the Cioppino which was pricey at about $ 26 for lunch but it was a nice size bowl and chockfull of nothing but delicious seafood — Alaskan salmon, cod and mussels. Technically it was supposed to have clams but I didn’t see any. It doesn’t come with a side but we ordered some bread which was really really good as well and it’s a huge portion. I would have given Anthony’s four stars but my knife was dirty and my water glass had someone else’s lipstick on it. Gross!

I always eat at Anthony’s in SEATAC, so it’s with great sadness that I report my meal to have been both bland and overpriced. I had the lingcod with a cup of clam chowder to start. The lingcod had a mango relish or some kind of topper that added little to the flavor. I know cod isn’t the most flavorful of fish so I’ll accept that bland is the base note, but the preparation did nothing to help. At $ 26.35 it should have been better. The cup of chowder was good, but not $ 6.55 good. How about $ 3.85 for a Sprite? Service was average. One pass by to refill my drink and a ten minute wait to pay the bill once it had been delivered. Total bill was $ 40.24 before tip! Sorry Anthony’s. Tough writing this, but fellow travelers need to know, as does management.

This was chosen over a variety of other places mainly because the food seemed fresher than it was at other airport restaurants. I had a Bloody Mary and my companion had a mimosa, both of which were very tasty. I went with the deluxe Bloody Mary which was topped with a chilled prawn. Sure it’s not even 8 am but it’s five o’clock somewhere and everyone else was drinking haha. For breakfast we split the Seattle omelette which featured smoked salmon, red onion topped with sour cream. It came with roasted cubed potatoes on the side which went well with the dish. A nice surprise was the cinnamon blueberry coffee cake with a homemade butter jazzed up with cinnamon and possibly an apple butter mixed in. The bill came to about $ 40 with tip. I think it’s a good dining choice when you have a layover at this airport.

Hey Anthony’s. . You might want to talk to whoever your food service people work for, because when a group of 7 walks up to the fish bar, tries to order, and is then told that since they have an Anthony’s gift card, they will have to wait for up to a half hour for them to even take my order, because they«have to find someone to go upstairs and run the card,» it kinda’ makes things less than an ideal customer experience. Food’s probably fine. .

I love a nice sit down restaurant in a busy, bustling airport. It’s fun to people watch while you eat. Interesting how travel makes people so anxious, nervous and easily irritable. The prices here are outrageous, but it is an airport so you can expect that to some extent. The benefit is that they actually do serve fresh fish. I got the shrimp and mango cobb. It was a lighter dish after eating my way through Seattle. I got the dressing on the side, which I always recommend because nothing kills a healthy salad more than being over dressed. Fresh mango, bay shrimp, avocado, tomato and bacon. Great combination. I loved the addition of the mango in the cobb. Paired with a small cup of chowder(couldn’t be too healthy), it balanced the meal. Chowder was a bit bland, but good overall. My partner had the fresh wild king salmon. This was paired with rice and fresh asparagus. I love fresh asparagus and they cooked it perfectly — slightly crisp. I didn’t sample the salmon, but I heard it was good.

Anthony’s is nothing special. I was there for breakfast and had the oatmeal. It was ok, but expensive at $ 9. I guess that’s what happens when you order oatmeal at a seafood restaurant. I won’t do that again, nor should you!

Do they understand people are not always waiting for a layover — some times they are catching the planes. I asked for my soup hot and they told me there is only one temperature. — Well is there such a thing called a stove or microwave? I didn’t want a bowl and they gave me a bread bowl … And charged me premium for it. Not very happy about it at all but oh well miscommunication. I was really ticked off because everyone else got the food sooner when I was actually in a rush. Even during ordering the server had to run to something else — giving one star because I feel like I was the last priority in the whole entire place

Took a very long time for our server to greet us. I ordered the clam chowder in a bread bowl & Caesar salad. Very surprised with the clam chowder it was VERY flavorful. It had more flavor than the soup I had eaten at the pier days prior.

Great choice in Seattle airport. The house salad with crab was excellent. Fast service and tasty food. Nice selection of white wines. Great choice in the marketplace section of SEA-TAC.

I have been to Anthony’s many times over the years when I lived in Seattle and this was the first time I had an unpleasant experience. On our way home from the little lady’s first visit to Seattle, I had to take her to AR for a drink whilst we waited and watched departing flights in that awesome giant window(s). I just had a beer, but the boss ordered an Old Fashioned. Upon receipt and first sip, her face just cringed enough to prod me to inquire what the problem was — she said ugh, this is not a good OF, that it was soaked in water. So I sampled it and sure enough it was just soaked in water. Generally, neither of us ever send food/drinks back unless it’s just not palatable and this was just blatantly watered down. An OF takes just a tad of water, not a splash, not gulp, just a tad. This was a tad, a splash, a dash and then more to just to fill the glass up. So we very politely conveyed this to the bartender. Her response: «I’ve been bartending for 23 years and I know how to make an OF». Wow. Not ‘I’m sorry, how can I make it better’, just her resume and her attitude. Apparently in all her 23 years of bartending, not only did she not learn to make drinks properly, but she certainly didn’t understand the concept of a service job and how to speak/not speak to customers. We both just looked at each a bit stunned that a bartender would speak to us like that — so we just asked her to please make another one with much less water. Without replying, said bartender turned, walked over to the ice machine and began to make a new drink, all the while blatantly complaining about us to her coworkers. You know, these people are out there, maybe she was just having a bad day, we all do, it’s going to happen. It’s never happened at AR before, always been a pleasant experience previously so they still get 4. Be on the lookout for said bartender! And no, the replacement drink was not much better. What a shocker.

On our way out of Seattle, we spotted an Anthony’s at SeaTac airport and seeing as we’d already had Ivar’s and Elliott’s, had to partake to complete the triumvirate. Wifey ordered the fish and chips, and I went with the grilled fish taco. The fish and chips were fried to perfection, and seasoned nicely. The fish taco was mostly filler vegetables, most of which was cabbage. But, what fish was in the taco was beautifully grilled, and extremely tasty. The entire taco was wrapped in paper, which was appreciated since it was stuffed liberally(again, mostly with veggies). Even though I’ve made light of the vegetable-laden, fish-light nature of the taco, it was a blessing in disguise, as a lighter lunch was just what the doctor ordered with six hours of plane travel immediately to follow. It’s worth mentioning that the menu said that the fish taco was supposed to come with chips and salsa, and I was served fries(chips?). It’s like the universe knew that I was jonesin’ for a little something fried… Lastly, there’s worse ways to enjoy your last meal in Seattle than sitting in a room with 50-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking one of the most beautiful, pine-tree-laden runways in the world, with planes landing and taking off right in front of your eyes every few moments. Of course, the line between where Anthony’s ends and SeaTac begins on this matter is a little blurred. But, I’m willing to give Anthony’s the benefit of the doubt… Food = 3⁄5 Facility = 3⁄5 Service = 2⁄5 Ambiance = 5⁄5 Value = 2⁄5

There are MANY options for food when you find yourself in SeaTac. The negatives: 1) it took a while to take my order, 2) expensive(then again everything at SeaTac is. The positives: 1) attentive once they took my order, 2) food was good, 3) I left my wallet at the TSA check, had to leave and they trusted me. Overall, I would return.

Expecting great things based on the previous reviews, but didn’t happen. I ordered the $ 33 wild salmon-hey I’m in the Pacific Northwest!!! The salmon was okay, a bit dry. Rice pilaf-meh; and the green beans? We’ll they could have used another 10 minutes in the steamer. Ordered the prawn cocktail as an appetizer, but just like this review… it came out after I choked down the salmon. Sent it back. Unfortunately it’s the only real restaurant I could find that we sandwich-based. And unfortunately again, I won’t be back on my next trip.

This has potential and I can assume that the real restaurant is a good one — but this is the airport version where the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful The waiter was rushed and unhelpful — but that’s airport life. He was trying. The food was above standard. The clam chowder was on point — but heavy and filling. They have a small size so go with that if you’re not a big eater. The calamari was good. Light and crispy and didn’t taste previously frozen. Got a warm bread basket to go with the chowder. Warm sourdough sounded amazing. It was fair to good but the butter was ice cold little bricks. So yeah, that’s poor planning. Overall it was a good airport food experience — which is important to road warriors like my husband and me. Pricey but doable.

I was a bit hungry, and I was in the mood for seafood. The lady at the AA Lounge recommended this place to me, so I came here to buy some lunch. There is a restaurant potions to this place, and their smaller section is the fast food grab-and-go. I went up to the cashier and asked him to recommend me a dish. I was looking for good seafood, but nothing too heavy. He told me the grilled salmon taco was the best bet, so that is what I ordered. The taco had a grilled piece of salmon, and a bunch of shredded cabbage with tartar sauce. The taco came with a bunch of chips. To drink, I just had a cup of water. The taco was so-so. The taco was tasty, but the salmon portion size was not impressive. The chips weren’t too good either. If the taco went for half the price, then I would have deemed it a good value. But helas, it left me with some regret in coming here. The workers here didn’t seem to happy either, but seeing that they’re working on new years day, I’m not holding that against them. Tips for this place: increase your salmon portion sizes, work on packaging your food better, and get better chips.

Man, I made the mistake of eating at a different restaurant in Sea-Tac once. Never again. If you have at least an hour to wait, go to Anthony’s. Our waiter was superb(we’ve actually had him twice now), the fish tastes fresh and delicious, and you get to sit back and watch planes take off while enjoying a fancy meal for a reasonable price. I’ve been to other Anthony’s restaurants which weren’t as good, but this one really kills it with the Pan-Seared Idaho Trout. We also had some prawn dish which was sauteed with butter and some spicy sauce to give it a slight kick, and we took the recommendation of our waiter(and the people sitting near us) and finished with a holiday-season-only bread pudding. It’s a little pricy, yes, but you can pay $ 5 – 10 less and eat at the overpriced fast food places nearby, so why not pay a tiny bit extra to have a much better experience? 5 star meal, but 4 stars for the price since it’s a little expensive. Then again, you ARE in an airport.

In my honest opinion I was very regretful that I ate here. It started out by me reaching the register and the guy next to the cashier started taking the order of the lady behind me. The guy clearly saw me since we made eye contact. I don’t really know what his problem was. Thankfully, the actual cashier at the register took my order. I ordered the fish taco with mango salsa and my bf got their fish and chips. My fish was cold and got colder as I started reaching the middle. I was so hungry that I kept eating but I was very worried I’d be getting salmonella or some sort of food poisoning. My bfs food was a bit better except it was very oily and the oil got all over our fingers. Skip this place.

Once you get past the sticker shock of eating at the airport, this was a great meal. Started with a cocktail, service was great, great views of the planes. A lite dinner tonight, shrimp and mango Cobb salad. Large and tasty. Fresh ingredients also included avocado and bacon.
