These are genuinely good people helping animals at an affordable rate. Bring cash or check, they are old school, it helps keep costs down.

I’ve been bringing my cats to this vet clinic for years now and have never had anything to complain about. Customer service is outstanding, family owned and the prices are always way better than any other place that I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!

I have been bringing my cat to this Vet for a few years now since she was six months. The service is great. They are friendly and actually talk to you. ACR is affordable as well. I highly recommend this place.

The Clinic isn’t the most modern vet office in seattle, but rather old school. Paper records in file cabinets, hand written receipts, etc. Personally, I like it. The Dr. is friendly and informative, interacts well with pets, and seems to have a genuine care for his patients. The front desk staff is the best! Always friendly and helpful. When I called to follow up on my dog’s spaying, They were happy to talk about the surgery, her condition, and answer other questions.
Bottom Line: your pet is a pet here, not just $$$ for the business.

A year ago we found a friendly pit bull wandering our neighborhood. He had no ID except a rabies tag. We tied the pit bull up using our dog’s leash and gave him a bowl of water. The rabies ID had a phone number for the company that manufactured the tag. I called them and was told the Animal Clinic of Roxbury had purchased this specific tag from them.
I called the Animal Clinic, explained the situation and gave them the ID number. I was told the person I needed was out to lunch and they’d call back. I waited hours, called back, and got the run around again. Finally I called Animal Control, and they called the Animal Clinic of Roxbury and forced them to get off their lazy butts and look up the owner’s contact info. Animal Control called me with the owner’s info, I called her, and soon the dog was back with his relieved owner.
I’ve never taken my animals to this clinic, so I can’t tell you anything about the place except they don’t seem to care anything about the animals they treat if they aren’t getting paid for it.

I took my rotty there for 13 years. They put him down for me when he got real sick and couldnt be helped. I just got another dog after a couple of years without one and she will go to that vet untill she checks out as well. When I didnt have all the money to get a set of puppys from my rotty shots and tail crops. He took what I had and told me not to worry about it. HOW OFTEN DO YOU FIND THAT!!!

First I would like to ask Border C. who wrote the review before mine did he/​she ever think it isn’t the responsibility of the Vet to keep copies of the vaccinations available for him/​her? Geez, be responsibile and keep a copy yourself.
Then, I would like to rate this animal clinic. They have always been very courteous and friendly to our pets and family. They showed compassion when I had to take our 1 year old cat in for an unexplained illness, the doctor was able to treat our cat. This is a great pet clinic. Just because you don’t keep copies of your pets records please come down so hard on this clinic or the doctor.
