I never authorized Amazon to charge my account for Amazon Prime. My son had done a 30 day free trial with HIS bank account attached to it which he exceeded. He ordered something with MY account /​card with my approval 2 days before Christmas. Apparently Amazon’s policy is to charge whatever card they can get to go through post 30 day free trial. Since he is only 18 and has no money in his bank account, when he used my bank debit card to purchase a $ 14.95 thermometer you used MY bank account to pay his $ 108.41. Repeating — I NEVER AUTHORIZED AMAZON TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S AMAZON PRIME. This is fraud. Now, Amazon says it has refunded me $ 108.41 at 12:06 ¹²⁄₂₄ when I discovered the money missing at the grocery check out and could not buy Christmas dinner groceries. Transaction #xxxxxxxxx. My bank shows NO deposit of that amount at 2:25 ¹²⁄₂₈. UNDERSTAND. I NEVER AUTHORIZED AMAZON TO CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S AMAZON PRIME. I now have ZERO in my bank account and have another son who needs to go to urgent care today and I can not take him. I will NEVER EVER USE AMAZON AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OF YOUR FRAUDULENT CAPTURING OF AN UNRELATED BANK ACCOUNT FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S AMAZON PRIME ACCOUNT. THIS NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH BY PHONE — NOT TYPING IN A BOX.
