Allstate Insurance: Paul Vogel

I cannot say enough good things about Barnetty, my Allstate agent. My husband has been with Allstate for about 24 years. When we moved to Seattle about 4 years ago we found Barnetty while looking for a new local agent to help us with our home and auto insurance. She has been amazing! THE BEST agent in the last 24 years that we have worked with! She is honest, very helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure that you get the policy you need, nothing more, nothing less.
I have refereed many people to her and will continue to sing her praise. Paul Vogel is a trustworthy Allstate agency because it is family run and well established. Paul’s agency isn’t one of those fly by night deals. They have more than one location, many long term staff and have been around for a very long time because they put customer service first. If they were shady, they wouldn’t still be around.
Seriously, go call Barnetty and see for yourself. She is fantastic.

I unfortunately have to update my review of Paul Vogel’s Allstate office to a one star — from a five star — after my most recent encounters with their poor customer service. Barnetty and Carlos both lied to me about coverage options and were also very rude on the phone. It’s apparent this one-​time family business has grown beyond caring about their longtime customers. When I called to inquire about a claim related to my condo, I was treated very discourteously and told that coverage I purchased was not useful. They told me one thing when selling the insurance and then another when I actually tried to use it. Insurance is a challenging industry because it is complex and not user friendly. Rather than try to help their customers (like they once used to), they instead rely on apparent bait-​and-​switch tactics now. Unfortunate, since they used to be so stellar years ago.

These people are amazingly helpful. When I came in it wasnt to get insurance on my car, it was to only ask questions about an accident I was in. They were so helpful that I bought insurance right then and there! Nothing more to say about them other then they are fantastic.

I really liked the Allstate team’s no pressure style. I was thankful for their exemplary follow through during the whole process.
I started a insurance policy with another company because they had a better rate at the time. The rep I spoke to, Jonathan, was very understanding of my situation and promised to call me in 6 months when I would be out of my current contract and my rates would go down. As promised he did reach me and Allstate did have a much better deal.
He took all of the steps of giving me the forms I needed to transfer into Allstate and was nothing but fair and transparent through the whole process.
Very grateful to have had such a positive and easy experience with the company.

The Paul Vogel Allstate insurance agency is nothing short of exceptional. First of all, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Not only are they friendly, but they also have all the answers to the questions I may have. One of the things I like most about this insurance office is that you get the personal attention you need. Previous to switching to Allstate, I was with another insurance company that I hated calling. Every time I called, I was calling an 800 number and felt like no one cared about helping me out, but rather just making money off me. Also, I thought that I was getting great rates on my renter’s and auto policies, but found out after being quoted by this Allstate office that I was mistaken. When I switched over, I saved an abundance of money on my premiums, while also being able to up my liability limits. I have nothing but great things to say about the Paul Vogel agency. Thanks guys!

I’ve had nothing but prompt and friendly service from this Allstate office. Everyone is super friendly and, to top it off, I have great rates on all my insurance needs: household, auto, motorcycle. Never felt pressure to purchase anything that isn’t needed.
I67 issues aside, Paul Vogel and his crew are the best and the corporate office folks like Laura Cronin deserve recognition for their work.

In today’s market finding a reliable and trustworthy insurance agent is hard. Till i met the lovely young ladies at Allstate insurance in the U district. They are definitely there for all your insurance needs. They cater to each person’s needs and they will never treat you like a product, but like a friend. If you need an agent… i highly recommend this office.
