They do Geotechnical /​earthquake preparation services. I have family who have used them on two houses in the last 10 years, one a simple capitol hill donut foundation craftsman bungalow, and another a 1960’s mid-​century modern with a finished daylight basement /​stepped-​up pony walls. Both were very happy with A-​Ffix. I haven’t used them, but need to find someone, and hoping to kick off the Unilocal reviews to try to flush some customers out of the woodwork!
