Amazing food, very flavorful entrees. Some of the best Thai we’ve found in Seattle! The entrée choices are plentiful, and they are all super-yummy! We shared the chicken pad Thai, and the Pineapple Curry, both brought smiles to our faces and tummies! The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the staff is wonderful! They took very good care of us, and made us feel right at home! I look forward to many more visits to 2C Thai Bistro!

This place is bomb af. Had the fish on fire and it was good, my boyfriend doesn’t like fish… but this one he actually liked. We also tried the fried rice and steak with sticky rice, all so good. The staff was awesome, we had our 1 year old son with us and they were goofing around with him hahah love it when people like kids around, they even gave him a kids plate, fork and spoon(you know, those plastic colored ones that won’t break) fast and friendly. Small but comfy. It’s a cute little restaurant. Definitely will be back!!!

2C is straight fire. It’s taken me awhile to write a review for them because I wanted to selfishly keep it a secret, but reading over this it looks like the place is already getting plenty of positive attention. The Chicken Wings and Crab Wontons are seriously a wet dream. Best goddamn wings I think I’ve ever had and their wasabi & sweet chili sauces are like crack. I’ve had 2C delivered to my house on several occasions and my girlfriend always tells me to have my money ready because they are consistently early on their projected ETA. Always friendly, too. If there is ONE negative, it’s that the 1-star Pad Thai is particularly bland. Idk why, but we discovered this after 2 separate attempts and adjusted accordingly. I’m not big on spicy but the taste is so good that I fight through the burn of 2-stars

Love this place! My office is in the area and the neighborhood is kind of sketchy, but 2C Thai is absolutely delicious. My favorite dish is their Wok Fried Rice. I normally order Phad See Iew, but I haven’t had it here yet because I always order Wok Fried Rice. Yes, I know it’s the«Chinese Mac’n’Cheese» and usually kids eat it, but they do a really really good job with this fried rice dish. Took a client there for lunch and even both the client and my colleague were impressed.

Very good service, friendly ownership, tasty food, and reasonable prices! They need to reconsider their chair — to — table height ratio. My chair wouldn’t scoot in haha. I will definitely be back.

Love this place! I have not had anything here that I did not like. The food is so fresh, everything comes out hot & lovely. One of my favorite dishes is the crispy basil chicken. The flavor is AMAZING. The basil is not overpowering, and the chicken is tender inside its crispy shell. I’ve had multiple dishes here, and they’ve all been pleasing to the palate. Definitely try the Fish On Fire and the Pad Thai. The staff there is on the ball. I was totally impressed that, even though I hadn’t been in for a bit, they remembered how many stars I like my food at. They are always quick with a smile, and they make sure you have everything you need. So, if you find yourself in Lake City and hungry for Thai, ignore the other places you may see, 2C Thai is the BEST place to get your Thai fix.

New restaurant, and I agree with every review. The service is great, attentive, and friendly. The food… Well let’s just say that we’ve eaten at about 30 different Thai restaurants… And this is in the top 2. The crab puffs are made with wonton wrappers, for even better texture and flavor. The pad see ew(my favorite Thai dish) was the best I’ve had. Great flavors, decent portions, and fun atmosphere. The star is the food, which means more to me than even the derive. Honestly I rate restaurants by FOOD alone, and if the service is good, it’s just a plus for me. Park in the back(by phở Ann) and walk through the parking garage, you will not be disappointed.

Went here with a friend on a quiet Saturday night and we were able to grab a table as walk-ins. Our waiter was very accommodating and attentive — when my friend asked if a curry that was listed on the menu as «2-pepper spicy» could be made less spicy, he said they could add more coconut milk, but warned us that the flavor of the curry would be different. It was definitely less spicy than my 2-pepper curry, but it tasted just fine with extra coconut milk. I also had the«cold fighter»(or something like that) tea — a mix of different teas, it was a delicious blend, regardless of how it may or may not affect my cold. Overall, the food was delicious, and more fresh-tasting than I’ve had at most Thai restaurants. Service was prompt and great, and portion sizes were just fine — we had leftovers! Definitely going back in 2016!

By far the best Thai food I have ever ate. If you want a great place to grab a bite to eat and want to save money this is the place. Everything on the menu is well priced and the environment of the place is very welcoming. Great owner too, I will be returning on a regular basis from now on. AMAZING!

2nd time here tonight! Of course we ordered the Crispy Basil chicken again! We got level 3 Spice and it’s perfect!!! we also tried the drunken noodles. We were satisfied with the food and the customer Service of the staffs. One staff also reminded my boyfriend to not forget his passport! I really appreciated that!(He brought his passport because he just lost his lives and haven’t received his new card yet) so it was nice of him to remind us about it. Very friendly we’ll definitely be back again.

Not the best Thai I’ve had. I went with my dad who doesn’t like spice so we ordered everything 1 star(unusual for me) but everything was super bland. We also had a hard time getting service. Lots of servers but only a few could help us with specific things so often times we’d hail a person down only to find that they couldn’t refill our water. We got the Panang curry & the drunken noodles. Neither of which I would recommend again. The thai iced tea was very, very sweet. Dinner, an appetizer + 2 drinks was about $ 40 so the prices were great. I think I would come back but in an area with such great Thai options I’d think twice.

My SO and I decided to check Thai 2C Bistro out because of their awesome reviews on Unilocal. This Thai restaurant is definitely very solid and one of the best in the neighborhood. The menu is more suitable for Westerners as there were typical dishes you would expect to see in an American Thai restaurant and weren’t too many rare street dishes. However, The great service, bar drink selection and the ambiance really made up for it. We ordered our drinks, pan fried chive cakes, Thai 2C spicy noodles and crying tiger(grilled beef with Thai dipping sauce) and were happy with our food(e.g we finished the whole thing :)) The chive cakes(though a little small with 2 pieces, each cut in halves) tasted like what I’m used to in Thailand and the crying tiger tasted great with the dipping sauce. It didn’t tasted so heavy or oily after eating the whole dish. The noodles came in quite a big portion. We got just 3* for spiciness level and wished we went higher on it for a better kick of flavor. Overall, great(and super busy!) place! We snugged in right before the crowd arrived… and you u the time we left around 8pm, there were at least 3 – 4 parties waiting for tables to open up. We were glad we checked this place out and think this new Thai place is a great addition to Lake City neighborhood! :)

I stumbled upon this place by accident and waa glad that I did give it a try. The décor of the place is modern and nicely done and the food is delicious. I was expecting another Americanized Thai place, but it proved me wrong. The food here is very well made with fresh ingredients and YUMMY! My favourite is the Chicken Wings as the appetizer, deep fried just right with the wasabi sauce. It’s flavorful and juicy. Fish on Fire is also very tasty. I have tried several dishes on the menu and I like them all. Thai cream custard with vanilla ice cream is something I would recommend too. Great food, good service and later hours for this neighborhood and they also have a full bar.

You must try creamy crab!!! The plum sauce taste like heaven to me, I wish I could buy 2 litters of plum sauce from them lol The food is very tasty with a lot of meat. However, the spicy level is pretty low compare to other Thai restaurants. If i had 4 star at Thaitom I would probably in tear for real but 4 star here taste like 2.5 star in my opinion. Anyway, I don’t have any problems with put more hot sauce in the food by myself but just the head up for everyone. Bottom line is the food is great, service is great, atmosphere is awesome I wish I were 21 so I could try their cocktail because they look way too tempting for me

Undoubtedly great Thai food. This is a gem in Lake city. I love Thai cuisine as is, but this place is great. The lunch menu is a bit truncated but with some good favorites at a reasonable price. I think the dinner menu is what is so great. Even though they are specifically Thai, I think they have something for everyone with a large variety of different types of dishes: wok dishes, fried rices, noodles, soups, and more. My top favorite is probably the spicy eggplant with pork or the crispy basil chicken. They also have a drink menu that is surprisingly long. Honestly even if you weren’t crazy hungry, you could come here as you would a café since the have coffee and teas. The variety here is incredible especially for their tea selection. Not only is there food great but there service is pretty good. They are always so friendly and welcoming. It makes for great experiences everytime. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone in the Lake City area looking for a bite.

Tried this place with friends recently, and I definitely left satisfied! we had a large group of people so we were able to sample a good bit of everything! What I liked about 2C was that they offered interesting and different choices different from your typical Thai offerings. The fish on fire was definitely a fun treat, as they set the fish on fire in front of you, and it is serve still raw in the middle. Spicy scale here is pretty moderate, with my low heat tolerance, I can eat level 2 comfortably. I really enjoyed their basal chicken dish and curry options. I look forward to coming back and trying some other specialties, as the menu is quite extensive! A lot of varieties here whether you crave some hearty and warm curries or some light and pleasant salads!

3.5 stars. Except their pad thai deserves 4.5 stars(see below) :) I was very excited to see a thai food place in my neighborhood open up, and even more excited to see all the Unilocal reviews. And the verdict? It’s not the best in Seattle for sure. However, It’s probably one of the better thai restaurants in the Northgate/Lake city area. I’ve tried the food here twice. Once dining in and once to-go. The first time, I had the crispy basil chicken and the phad khee mao along with thai tea. The phad khee mao was decent — although I wished it had more of a sweetness to it, rather than just soy-saucy. The basil chicken pieces were too big — as a result, the chicken was a bit dry to taste. The drizzled sauce had good flavor, but there was definitely not enough! So this made the chicken seem even more dry. On a separate occasion, my boyfriend tried the Khao Soi and he said it was NOT good. For delicious Khao Soi, go to Pestle Rock. The second time, I ordered phad thai with beef to go. This is the best dish by far that I’ve had here. I would almost even say it’s one of my favorites in Seattle. FYI, I am VERY picky about my phad thai because I have eaten it at so many restaurants. The perfect phad thai to me is not too sweet, NO ketchup, and a great balance between tangy and spicy, and 2C’s fit this criteria. The only downside is the beef was a bit tough and chewy. The ambiance of the restaurant is super cute and modernish. They also have a bar, so if you want beer/cocktails with your food, this would be perfect.

I am pretty picky with Thai places but this one is really at the top of the game. The service was amazing. The waitstaff made sure we were happy with our food and drinks. And everything came out in a very timely manner. We ordered the crab wontons(SOGOOD), fried mashed potato balls(ALSOSOGOOD), chicken satay & chicken pad see ew. Pad see ew was done just right, not too salty yet flavorful. Chicken was not all shriveled up and dry like my other experiences with Thai food. The chicken was juicy and tender. My boyfriend got the hard thai tea lemonade(I forgot exactly what it’s called but it’s the thai tea with alcohol in it, obvs lol) And I got the 2c yummy yummy which was a fruity cocktail. Mine was good but I liked the hard thai tea much better! I can’t wait to come back and try everything on their menu hehe

2C Thai Bistro is a two month old sparkling gem that is still a secret, but not for long. The Bistro in their name gives them the license to bring creativity to their menu. While most of the menu is traditional Thai, there are items from other parts of Asia, and their most creative dishes have 2C in their names. We started with 2C Garden Salad and the Chive Cakes. Then came the stellar original creation called 2C Thai Spicy Noodles. It was a stir fry very much like their Crispy Basil Chicken served over noodles similar to Chinese chung fun. It was delicious. We finished with a dessert of sweet, ripe mango with sticky rice and coconut milk — totally yum and satisfying. The weekday lunch menu is a bargain way to get to know their menu, and the bar is a nice spot for games on TV.
