We ordered a pizza at our hotel and whoever answered the phone was patient and very curteous. I wasn’t sure if they delivered to our hotel and he double checked for me. The pizza arrived hot and it was perfect fast meal to end the night.

There is one reason I will call again for delivery… And that is if Nestor is the one picking up the phone. He did a great job representing the company and helping me out with placing my order. If I had a company I would want him to work for me. I wish I would have asked for ranch. Only regret. #nestor

I waited for 5 minutes on hold before someone took my order. When we received our pizza our toppings were sparse. The pizza was warm not hot and the drizzle was not noticeable. I know it’s pizza hut but it was not up to par. We had a coupon which is why we ordered from there. We won’t order there again.

Incompetent. Aside from waiting for an hour on top of the 30’is’ minutes the online ticker stated.(assuming only an hour extra… still waiting). There is no need to speak with three of your employees to ultimately be told in broken english that it’s on it’s way. It was not on it’s way, you’re currently making it because you missed the order. Sadly, the only recourse is Unilocal vs. national chain(zero effect) and stiffing your driver on a tip. Which is a bad deal since odds are it’s not their fault, but then again… half of the time they bring the wrong items. It’s tough to say no to a 50% off coupon in my email, but seriously… your jobs are not difficult.

I highly advise against business with this location. I put in an order online, paid with a card, and waited the hour. Once the pizza arrived, my family realized it was not what I had ordered. We called to explain that we got the wrong pizza and I was told it was what I ordered based on their computer. I was told by the lady they would fix our order and redeliver it. It has been a few hours and we have not heard back. Upon calling again, they didn’t have a record of the order. If you order from this Pizza Hut, do it In person and check your order there.

I probably should have read the reviews before ordering from here but anyway, i ordered a medium pizza with a two liter soda and the person on the phone said it was gonna take 55 minutes which was crazy to begin with but they actually took 1 hour and 35 minutes and when the pizza was here it was cold. Hopefully there $ 20 dollar delivery was well worth my one star review!

This Pizza Hut location has no business operating. I placed a normal order over the phone(only because their website was broke, as per usual), and all seemed well. Two hours after my order was placed, I called to see where my order was. The person answering – Stephanie – was rude and unapologetic while telling me my order had been cancelled because I did not a answer a random call to confirm the order, despite the fact I had been waiting patiently five feet from the door for two hours. Repeated calls for more information were met only with ire from the staff(Stephanie) when I called back after being hung up on. This location brings shame on their corporate name, and the staff – Stephanie in particular – really needs to look into a different line of work.

We’ve been here a few times in the past year(don’t judge)… The food has always been great. Never a problem with service… The staff has always been polite and professional. If I were to be critical of one thing, it would be the lobby’s cleanliness. The walls look a bit dirty, especially above the bench. Other than that… great service and a great product!

The one thing I like about this place is you can order online, which is nice and smooth. Oh, the pizza’s pretty good too, especially the stuffed crust. However, if you order any sides or drinks, they will change them without notice if they don’t have what you requested. I’ve had a few drinks changed on me and tonight, had a side changed on me. I ordered the WingStreet seasoned fries and instead got the Quepapas potato bites. This wouldn’t matter if I wasn’t sensitive to spice(the potato bites have jalapeños). Delivery is usually fast and most of the time, they deliver before the estimated time.

First of all, I am giving this 3 stars because the food was delicious. I ordered their«dinner special» which is a rectangle pizza(which is about the size of a small at other pizza joints), bread sticks, and cinnamon bread sticks. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the bread sticks were good. They were out of the cinnamon sticks but gave me their chocolate dunkers instead, which was fine by me. When I first called, the gentleman who answered was talking very fast and had an accent so I couldn’t understand a word he said. After a moment, I said«hello?» and was told I was going to get placed on hold, no problem. After about 25 seconds, I was greeted and my order taken. I was told that a driver would call before they delivered, since I had not ordered a delivery from them before. I live around the side of the house and told the employee I would like to receive a phone call when the food got here, so I do not disturb the tenants above. 45 minutes later, I hear a knock on their front door, not my phone ringing,(He was walking to his car when I came outside). There was a obviously a lack of communication between the driver and other employee who took my call. Overall, I thank Pizza Hut for delivering my pizza after their closing posted time(5 minutes) but I don’t think my upstairs neighbors enjoyed being woken up with all their lights turned out.

Great quick service. This place is open until midnight which is great since most everything else on the Monterey Peninsula closes before 9pm. I was starving and my usuals were closed… Little Ceasar’s was closed but when I pulled out of the parking, I caught a glimpse of Pizza Hut. I strolled in and ordered through a thick protective glass. They had some specials so I went with the 3 topping Large Pizza for $ 10. Great deal considering just a few months ago this would have cost me a lot more. They recently starting doing more specials and are offering Wingstop Buffalo Style Chicken Wings but in so many different flavors and cuts… for example: bone in wine(original), breaded no bone and breaded bone in or something… too many options!!! Service was friendly and I ate most of the pizza myself… ham, pineapple and mushrooms. Toppings were very light but hey it was $ 10 so I will live.

All I wanted was the stuffed crust pizza I’ve been craving for 2 months. I would think that Pizza Hut, of all pizzerias, would be easy to order from. Pizza Hut, your service makes me want to punch you in your pizza face. I called here at 5:30 on Monday night(I know, Monday Night Football, Falcons v. Saints), someone picked up after 6 rings, said«Thank you for calling Pizza Hut, please hold,» and immediately put me on hold. Strike one. I HATETHAT! What if I was a delivery driver looking for directions or help or something of that nature? When I delivered pizza, if they put me on hold when calling the shop without letting me get a word in, I gave them an earful. About 30 seconds later, the same girl picked the phone back up, said«Thank you for holding…», and you could hear the«…», so I said«Yes, I’d like to place an order for delivery.» Then, she said«Um, hold on,» and then I heard the hold click again. I was livid. I hung up, called back, got the same hold response after 2 rings. At this point, you could just call me a glutton for punishment. But I wanted my stuffed crust pizza! 30 seconds later, they picked back up, and this time I actually had an opportunity to order. I asked for the specials, ordered my pizza, and the girl asked if I would like anything else. I was hungry and this was the perfect opportunity to upsell me anything that even SOUNDED tasty, so I asked if they have garlic bread or cheese bread or something along those lines. The girl said«Um…ok…uh…garlic bread… uh…», and again, you could hear every«…». The next words out of her mouth were«…Ok, so I have a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza…[pause as if there was an order of garlic bread to follow]…how will you be paying for this?» Are you kidding me? Did you just completely ignore my request? On top of that, there was apparently a delivery charge. Had I known this in the beginning, I wouldn’t have bothered. It turned a $ 10+tax order into $ 14+. I just played along, gave my card number, and hung up. I called back less than a minute later to cancel my order. Then, I immediately called Me-n-Ed’s, who I considered to be overpriced and poorly staffed for YEARS. They referred to me by name and were very friendly, which was just compounded by how inattentive and unfriendly Pizza Hut was. They also had no delivery charge. So I got more toppings, better food, better service, better response time, and the money I saved went into the delivery driver’s pocket. Way to go, Pizza Hut. I no longer have any craving whatsoever for stuffed crust pizza. I hope you go out of business.
