Guilty pleasure to go here once or twice a year. The staff was ok, the place was clean, and I got what I ordered. The food was ok and I have no complaints, so pretty straightforward 3-star place. I would say their diverse menu is what makes them appealing if you feel like exploiting a cheat day its a good place to do it.

Just came here at 1am– prime jack in the box time. They told me that they are cleaning the shake machine and it would take an hour. Who cleans the machine in the middle of prime night service time AND does it really take an hour?!

Food is ok, the employees are nice however not the best Jack in the Box in my opinion. Orders can be hit or miss and lot of times anything fried comes out over cooked and hard. The Ice Tea is awful and definitely not the Gold Peak Tea I know, although almost every Jack in the Box has bad ice tea. In a nutshell the ice tea here tastes like sewage mixed with chemicals, tea and coffee. All the beverages especially the water on tap, tastes over chlorinated and has a weird aftertaste. It would be great if they installed a filter to address that issue… Bottled water is the safest drink option here. Restrooms are not the cleanest and one didn’t even have a lock the last time I went inside. Overall if you need a quick bite to eat and are craving breakfast at 3am then this place is great… If you want quality fast food, drive a short distance down Fremont and go to Wendy’s where they actually know how to brew ice tea the right way!

Uh… it’s a franchise… it’s fast food… it’s a Clown making burgers… and cool commercials! This is usually a busy restaurant and they usually put out good product. What more needs to be said?

It is true what they say… they always screw you going through the drive-through. Got a #3 and a #14 combo, drove 5 minutes to my destination. Sandwiches were lukewarm, fries were cold. Very disappointing. The JItB restuarants back home are relatively new and still care about putting out quality product. I zapped the food in the microwave and wished I went to the taco restaurant instead.

Food and service was what you would expect from Jack in the Box. No complaints with this visit, it was quick greasy and cheap. They got my order correct and were prompt and friendly enough for my liking.

What can I say. ! Jack in the crack. Although I know fast food is terrible for you, Jack in the Box has always been a personal favorite of mine. The Seaside location is newer and modern in a nice shopping area.

It’s Jack, so the food & prices are standard… you decide if that’s good or bad. The staff here is very friendly, polite, professional & helpful.

Oreo Cookie Milk Shake!!! A real treat after a six hour workout shift. Okay, I did skip dinner and went straight for this dessert: Guilty!

Because I was staying on N. Fremont St. in one of the many chain hotels, I decided to drive over to Seaside and originally wanted to stop by Mundo Café, but they were closed on Sunday. The cashier here is very friendly and the place is very clean. I’ve never set foot in a Jack in the Box because there aren’t any in the East coast I think. I had a sirloin burger and onion rings. Both were good and just your basic standard fast food burger and onion rings. I’m not really a fan of overly-thick batter coated onion rings.

When I crave something kind of greasy quick… I trot on over to the closest crack in the box and order something off the menu… yes, I finally figured this one out… it’s Bacon & Cheddar Potato Wedges without the Bacon & Cheddar… it’s called«Medium Chips» and they are a buck something… I love to dip it in the faux ranch they have… I get my fix after devouring half of them pipping hot and then I get over it(thankgoodness) and a Jr. Jack with no cheese… something about American Cheese on any burger just doesn’t do it for me. Anywho, thought I’d share my «off the menu» experience. They were out of the Sirloin Minis today otherwise I would have ordered those a la carte.

There’s not much to say, It’s a Jack in The Box. The service is good here and the food is always fresh. This is my go to place when I’m on the go because i can get grilled chicken strips and a salad. Healthier then a burger but I’m not sure how much more healthier.

They’ve remodeled, so at least the exterior looks nice. +1 star And the drive thru service was professional. +1 star However, the greatest weight in any restaurant rating has to be given to the food. I was lured in by a coupon to try their grilled pastrami. I knew I was in trouble right away, when I noticed something smelled rancid and burned inside the car. I realized it was the«food» from jitb. When I looked at the sandwich, I knew it would be bad. The bread was hard as a rock. There was a very small portion of meat, all of it dry and grisly. Fortunately, it had no flavor, since I was expecting it to taste like food left to stew in the trash for a few days. I can’t believe they want to charge $ 5 for this very sad sandwich. If edible, it would have required at least 2, if not 3 sandwiches to satisfy my modest appetite. Food: –1 star I don’t understand how these places stay open: I suppose their silly commercials and steep coupon discounts lure in enough of the unsuspecting to keep them afloat. Support locals like Randy’s or the place near DLI instead(Compagno’s). Their sandwiches are vastly superior.

I usually would never review a fast food restaurant other than an In&Out Burger joint, but this place had really good service. I simply ordered a basic Jumbo Jack meal and tacos. Their tacos were horribly oily and over fried. I asked for an exchange. Their service was very friendly and quick. The burger was made well, and we were happy.

Everyone knows that fast food can be the only food at times. Starving, on the road, too disheveled to be seen in public, not willing to stop at an actual restaurant, want to eat while steering with your knees? Illegal ingestations? You know, you go. Some things are better at one fast food place than another. McDonalds used to be famous for their fries until vegetarians ruined it by forcing them to remove lard or whatever made the fries actually taste good. The food at Jack’s is generally competitive. You just have to be smart enough to order stuff that they have a chance of cooking correctly, same as any fast food place. Breakfast burritos, for example, are usually safe for those early am freeway blasts. The real reason to go to Jack in the Box are the commercials. They are hilarious and off the wall. I don’t want to see them go and be changed to something horridly disgusting like Carl’s Jr, a place I will never go to until I never see another of their slobbering slackers. How many Unilocalers have seen the Jack in the Box lesbian commercial? Only on two days. Totally amazing. I didn’t believe it the first time. I’ll describe it: Jack is sitting at a table with young people. «Let’s rap», he says, «I love talking to young people»(something along that line). A girl next to him says, «Jack, things can be so confusing. How can you tell if you are a lesbian?». Jack gets a big case of the Jack blush and the astonished mouth drawing. He turns to some guys and says«Let’s talk about sports». So funny. And that is why I go there.

This place wasnt so bad… its 24 hour drive through. So we came here after an unsatisfying meal at the Oldman’s Grotto. Got chicken strips, extreme sausage sandwich, –say that 3x fast– and Large curly fries. All dipped in BBQ sauce. That was delightful and satisfying for less than $ 10.
