Today I had the exact same experience as Kris C. I got a full authorization to have my T.V. repaired and L.G. would pick up the cost. Broadway TV service also got an e-mail from LG. When I arrived at this store, the guy asked me if this TV was under warranty or not. That question was completely irrelevant because LG had agreed to pay for the repairs. I brought in the e-mail conversation that I had with LG and the employee asked me if I knew how to read. I achieved my B.A. in English yet the conversation I brought in said nothing about warranty or not. The employee was just trying to be rude so I took my business elsewhere. Stay away from this place.

If I could rate negative stars I would. After paying the initial cost for service, they called with the appointment time to complete the repair. Not only did they not show up after I had to take time off of work, but when I confronted them about it and told they to come the next morning they hung up on me. When I called back the guy called me prick. When I told him he was fired and I want my money back he told me to f*** off and said he wouldn’t give it back then hung up again. He now has to deal with my bank because they have refunded me and are taking it from him. This is the worst and most unprofessional business I have EVER dealt with!!!
