Ben came highly recommended by another law firm, and he did not disappoint. He set up a VOIP system for us, networked our computers, and basically set up the entire office from a tech standpoint.
Not only was he instrumental from the start up, but his support for questions along the way, was crucial. He was also extremely helpful in offering insight and recommendations on systems, software, and peripherals.
You don’t often find knowledgeable and helpful IT folks with a great attitude, where you feel like he’s part of the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

Ben worked as an Information Technology Technician at my prior law firm. So after he left, and after I decided to open my own law firm (
), naturally, I called him. He has been very responsive, knowledgeable, hard-​working and seems to take a personal stake in ensuring we are up and running with our IT needs. He has done everything, starting with, at the beginning, the basics: plugging in our computers, setting them up, connecting our printers, connecting RingCentral for our phones and faxes, etc. Now that we have been in business for two months, he has gotten to work on a full server for us and we are excited that he is handling it. In addition, he answers our emails, texts and phone calls promptly, no matter how silly our IT concern later proves to be (re-​starting is always his first answer and often he’s right). It is not an exaggeration to state that our systems would not work without him (though we could obviously have another IT person, I’m glad we have Ben). He’s in his late-​20s, so he obviously doesn’t know everything, but he teaches himself what he doesn’t know and does it all at a rate that is MUCH cheaper than the alternatives. A great guy to boot.

Comprehensive networking and IT with excellent customer care.
I used speedytech to specify, design, build, and install the computer system, VOIP virtual pbx telephone system, and all other electronics in my law firm’s new office suite. It was a large job, ~$ 25k+. Speedy Technology Solutions was a startup business at the time that was referred by an associate.
We were assigned Ben as our lead tech guy. He was outstanding; the polar opposite of SNL’s ‘your company’s computer guy’. The installation was flawless and every system worked perfectly. My staff got mini training sessions on how to use their new and improved equipment.
I was so pleased with these guys that I asked them to stay on with the firm as our regular IT management contractor. They are fast to respond when we have an issue and don’t price gouge despite the fact that they know I’m willing to pay.
Worth every penny!
