My wife and I were first time home buyers and JoAnn did great work for us. We had to move quickly and she was able to get us pre approved within a few hours. Throughout escrow she was quick to respond to any questions we had, no matter how small. While the home buying process is daunting, JoAnn really made the process as stress free as possible. I can’t imagine having a better experience with a mortgage advisor. She is extremely kind and patient and seemed to really care about getting us the best loan she could. We would absolutely recommend JoAnn to anyone we know who is in the market and if we are ever in the market again, JoAnn will certainly be our first call.
