All Sons Marine Surveyor

Beware of this surveyor. Mike Joralemon charged me the going rate in the area for a comprehensive out of water purchase survey. The insurance broker took one look at the survey and said it was too brief, nebulous and appeared unprofessional. Joralemon did a slight modification to the survey. Nevertheless I was denied coverage by all standard insurance carriers because Allsons surveyors are not NAMS or SAMS certified. I was able to get coverage on my boat only through an expensive off shore company (over twice the price) and then only with the stipulation that the vessel is resurveyed before renewal of the policy. In essence the survey wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. When confronted with this information Mike assured me he would refund my $ 650.00. That was three months ago and no refund has been made. Go figure, his word is as worthless as his survey.
