Do not give these people your credit card info! I called to cancel my service on the 28th but was told the charge already went through for the first of the month and they couldn’t issue a credit. So I asked them to go ahead and cancel so I don’t get charged another month. When I got charged again, they claimed to have told me to come sign a piece of paper and I didn’t. Nothing was ever mentioned about signing something when I cancelled. Apparently the guy that works there is perfect because he was certain he told me. It’s his word against mine so there’s nothing I can do but just be warned, their business ethics SUCK!!!
