Rugmasters Carpet & Floors

I have used Rugmasters several times over 15+ years and have found the family owned business to always be very knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve had wood tile & carpet installed with them. All was done promptly & with good lasting results. What really impressed me the first time i met him was how helpful Tim (owner) was. I had questions about remodelling my parents house after a flood. He had ‘no dog in the fight’ so to speak since my folks house was in a different town too far away for his crews. But it was a quiet evening and he spent over an hour talking to me about the things we should be aware of & look out for with that age house/​flooring. And that has always been my experience with him & his sister Lisa over the years:) They are unfailingly nice & helpful & knowledgeable! I continue to return to Rugmasters for our flooring needs and highly recommend them!
