If you want someone who will make your wedding planning more stressful — Valenches is the way to go. I confirmed that I wanted to use them and sent electronic versions of my contracting form and copy of check via email after sending these materials via US Postal Service and I received an extremely rude note from them cancelling on me because materials did not reach them in time. I’d be more than happy to have provided Credit Card info for the nominal $ 50, but it looks like Valenches is more interested in operating in their own archaic way then trying to work with couples.
Stay away, save yourself some headache. It’s not worth saving any amount of money — find somebody who’s more professional. It makes complete sense that Valenches is capable of ruining your wedding (see other Unilocal review).

I hired this group, specifically Fritz & Leah Valenches and Lynn Hurst, to perform at my son’s wedding ceremony at our church. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Not only did the group start late, but they packed up their instruments and WALKED OUT of Mass before the end of the wedding. They later claimed that it was past the time allotted in their contract, but I assumed they were playing for the entire Mass. They knew I intended for them to play the entire Mass as I provided them with all of the sheet music.
They were Unprofessional & Disrespectful.
I would never hire them again. They ruined my son’s wedding ceremony and made a scene at our church in front of our guests… all over 15 minutes of music for which I would have happily paid them if they had told me.
