Suburban Casuals has been one of my local go-​to shops since I was a teen. What I love about this store is how they manage to stay on-​trend even after literal decades. Not long ago, Juicy Couture items flooded the store, but the moment they seemed to slip in quality (and in appeal), they were swiftly replaced by Free People. And, right now, there is such a rich selection of Free People, I find myself losing track of time when I’m there.
What you may also enjoy is the shoe selection. It is constantly changed and always features both classic styles and innovative ones (I lean more toward the innovative side and love to pop-​in here every few weeks to see what’s new). The same holds true the accessories! The handbags have a nice range in prices and styles … and the jewelry-​cases ALWAYS have some fun pieces (and, just like their clothes, they are always on-​point).
The sales associates here are eager to help customers and so friendly. There is always someone in the dressing room willing to grab different sizes or colors (or even help with a zipper in a gown). And, what I really LOVE is how I can truly trust them. I have had a few moments where I wondered if an item clothing was flattering … when I asked for an opinion, they were always frank (either offering tailoring services or finding a comparable piece that offers a better fit). When I am looking for a dress for a function, they always come through for me!
