Used these guys the night that I proposed to my fiancé. I had a pretty big evening planned for her and the driver called a few days in advance to be briefed. I thought it was perfect. Fast forward to the day of and I call the driver to change a pickup time. He now tells me he will no longer be the driver, but someone else will take care of it. He also said the driver knew the details. The driver had no idea of what was going on. My fiancé needed to call me to find out where she was being taken and the surprise was ruined. You would think they would bend over backwards to provide great service to me. Especially since in 5 months, we will be getting married. We need two buses, but there is no chance I can use them again.

So incredibly frustrated with this company. Gave credit card information 2 months ago for bachelorette party and the hot pink limo, pick up in Tunkhannock and one drop off in Wilkes Barre… never received a contract or any word that one would be coming. Called to confirm the day before(coming from Boston, MA). They had NO record of me but yet knew all the details of my situation… had no «contract», but none was sent. Horrible customer service. Had to call back 3 different times to speak to three different people. Word of advice: if you each are trained to say«we’ll call you back in 5 minutes» …DOIT. Waiting an hour for each of you to get back to me was ridiculous. Luckily, we rented a limousine elsewhere and our night will be just as special… tip to those who use this service— HAVE A CONTRACT or they will forget you and cause a catastrophic Friday afternoon. Also, just as a suggestion: if you receive someone’s credit card information, and within 5 days you don’t hear from them with this so-called contract, you should call to make sure the person who gave their information still wants the service… you know, just in case the thing was never sent.
